Exceptional products and service which has made my meal prep as a bodybuilder so simple. I have a busy life and so fitting in cooking and shopping to eat 6 times per day is challenging. Now I buy 4 of my 6 meals per day in bulk from My lunchbox meal prep so all I have to do is weigh them out each morning. So simple and everything I've tried from them tastes great. I even missed the delivery cut off time one week - sent an email and they made sure my order went out for the delivery day that I needed. Cannot fault them to be honest!

By far the best meal prep company I have ever used! I buy the vacuum packed bulk bags of steak, chicken and potato. Sweet potato has never tasted so good. The chicken doesn’t dry out - neither does the steak. It saves me HOURS each week!

Their customer service is very helpful and they usually reply via email pretty quickly - cannot rate this company enough!

Very quick turn around from order to delivery.
Arrived packaged in a thermal pack with an ice bag inside to keep it fresh.
Lemon and herb chicken 1.5kg pack was spot on. Flavour was great and just the right size for my weekly portions and macros.

Absolutely lovely food! Super fresh and ideal for those looking to eat healthier and cleaner. Tasted amazing and you could tell it’s got nothing bad in it. Would recommend!

I go for the steak and have to say its not too bad. An occasional bit of fat through the meat, but overall good. The postage has changed to Northern Ireland from £9.99 to £29.99 scandalous!!!

Very pleasantly satisfied with the service, the food comes on time and to the same high standard as when I placed my first order, website is easy to navigate and they have a great selection of flavours for your meat to be seasoned in! I’ve been using MLB for almost a year now and I’ve even got one of my work colleagues onto the MLB meal preps and even he can’t say enough good things about the service and quality of the food.
I would definitely say this is the best meal prep company about today in the uk for quality and price!!
