Terrible customer support and faulty, mouldy product
I purchased a doona from this company that arrived with loose stitching and mould, despite never being used or stored in damp conditions. When I contacted their customer service team, the communication was appalling, it took them nearly a month just to reply
after I emailed again only to completely wash their hands of the issue. They refused a refund or replacement simply because time had passed, offering zero accountability for sending a defective, unhygienic product. Avoid buying from here unless you are happy to risk receiving damaged bedding and nonexistent after-sales support!

WORST customer service ever ! I bought a dressing gown that was L-XL thinking it would be a 14 maybe 16 ..it was a 26 !! And it only said that if you really went looking for it in the fine print .. I asked for an exchange or refund and they refused ! They were very rude . Now I have a dressing gown 6 sizes too big that I can't use . Horrible company!!

Problem with sheets.
Ordering was great and delivery fine but the top sheet for the split single king size bed was too small and didn’t even cover the sides of the bed. Won’t order again as when I told you about it was told sorry that’s just what they are.

I received excellent customer service when I recently had an issue with an item I purchased. The problem was solved in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction. I have been purchasing items from My Linen for a few years now and I have never had an issue with my orders, the quality of the product or the customer service I receive.
