Never got me a refund didn’t cancel my order, not receiving any responses
The products are cheap and are not worth the price! Product does not look in real as on the website. Order on better shops. If you send something back because the quality is not as shown on the website then you dont get your full money back! Dont waste your money. Also the shipping takes so many weeks and they lie to you all the time whey you ask when it will arrive.

They are refusing to provide a refund. It has been 4 months of back and forth. They will tell you that they are going to process a refund, yet the money doesn't get returned. Be careful if you choose to purchase from them.
BUYERS BEWARE Refunds are hard to get
When I got my order The garments didn't quite meet my expectations quality and fit wise. So I asked for a full refund. Initially the response was good but as soon as I turned down the offer of alterations to the clothes I'd ordered. They went silent on me. I had to send Multiple emails and messages to the seller, Some got a response others didn't Eventually when I told them I was raising a claim with my Bank , I got my refund not quite in full, but minus a small charge If you are happy with your goods this company is ok. IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND EXPECT TO WORK FOR IT LEATHER GEAR WON'T MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU
They are using photos from OTHER leather makers who are real quality- They do NOT sell anything that is even CLOSE to what they take your money for
