Speaking with Nick was a wonderful experience he was a great help in explaining the course & what I would achieve from it & also putting my mind at ease that I was making the right decision in partaking in this course & I thank Nick so much for the encouragement he gave me & being as excited as I was it was very much appreciated thanks again Jane 🥰🥰

Support given by my tutor was so helpful and it was convenient to access the request form any time I needed assistance. The video feedback for assignments made it easy to see what was being discussed and I appreciated it.

My only frustration is with some of the multiple choice quizes. I felt sometimes they were worded in a way to trick you, but not in a "catch you not paying attention" type of way, it was more like "annoyingly small differences than the theory learned" way. I hope that makes sense.
Not a huge issue as you get to resit the quizes until you get them right anyway.

Overall I enjoyed the experience and appreciated my Tutor's time to getting things marked asap.

Started studying interior design at the age of 56. I have not been 'behind books' since early '90's'. I was nervous but was committed that I wanted to study and complete this course. The course was the perfect fit for me - the support and feedback that I received from my 'markers' were so encouraging and uplifting. I had an excellent experience with learning online. As a student who’s studying to become a field ranger for national parks, the online courses I was provided by the team were more than enough to take my next step in achieving my dream job goals. The courses are pleasant, helpful, beneficial and well constructed. The work I needed to provide was easy to understand and follow through and I was provided lots of time to complete five courses. Some courses were harder than others, with more challenging assignments that I provided using word, whereas others were simply on pdfs and quick to finish. There was lots of information provided and tutorials within the courses to explain what was needed for the student to write and how to use and upload them to the portal in case I had trouble.
Another well structured area in learning online was the 24/7 tutor support. I didn’t struggle with much questions but when I was unsure about something I would simply go to the “Got a question” section (which was also with my email) and fill in my concern. Which I was very surprised with how quick my tutors were with replying in my email. It was very helpful and beneficial.
I enjoyed doing the quizzes as well and reading the information that I was provided. They are really easy and can be redone when I failed.
Assignments were mostly easy and I could understand them quite well. They were a lot of work in some specific courses, but I was able to overcome them by doing big paragraphs for one question a day until I got through them all. I found the information to be really helpful and worth saving and reading again for whenever I needed it.
When I would upload an assignment, I enjoyed reading my reviews which I found to be very fast. The tutor review, whether it be in a video or note, was well conducted and I was given honest and informative feedback. I was able to figure out anything that I lacked and anything that I could’ve included. I was never failed on an assignment or had to rewrite one. And I’m grateful for the advice I was provided.
I would like to give a special thanks to my tutors, especially Sinead, Marie, Geeg, Abby and all the other tutors who helped me when I had a question for my courses. They are all very nice and welcoming and their advice is always helpful and professional.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my learning online. My experience was excellent and if I needed to do more courses if gladly return. I highly recommend it. Very efficient, just like an online TAFE course. I enjoyed my time and I’m glad to have taken my next step in my career path.

All was a nice conversation with the man. However, he hasn't supported me enough due to I am profoundly deaf. He didn't persist at all. I found one of the course onlines with no upfront fees. I recommend Learning Online must make a special consideration for the Disabled people in the future.

I have yet to start my course, but the service that I have received cannot be faulted. The online portal/ website is very user friendly.

Everyone is so amaizng and welcoming, makes learning something new and simple not scary and hard! Cant wait to start and so pumped to working with my tutors ☺️
