Great and quick service

Great and quick service, particularly for an engraved piece. Happy to answer any questions I had and overall a really easy service.

I brought a necklace and a ring

I brought a necklace and a ring, the necklace is lovely and no problem at all but the ring was not to my taste unfortunately. I had to chase up the order because there was no communication as to when it would be sent, which is understandable this close to Christmas but the day it arrived I contacted them again to say I wanted to return it and I had to chase THAT twice to get a response allowing me to return it 10 days after I first messaged. Again, this close to Christmas it's not unexpected but given the site says responses within 48 hours that might want to be adjusted in busy seasons

Thank you for your honest feedback, it is truly appreciated and I can only apologise that I did not give you the best possible customer service I would of hoped to give on this occasion.

As you pointed out, I was severely delayed in responding to you as I under anticipated how busy this Christmas period would be.

I work on my own, making your jewellery and managing the customer service etc and you're right, i should have at least updated my time frames to respond but I had forgot on this occasion so I appreciate you pointing this out.

I am glad you like your necklace and we are currently talking privately to resolve your refund request (minus the delay in the process of course) and I have updated everything my end based on your comments so should be back on track to giving you the best possible service next time round.

Fantastic service

When emailed for an update, a very quick response was received and advice was provided. The item was received as expected and packaged securely.

Myia customer services were super…

Myia customer services were super responsive via their online chat. They assured me that if I ordered an engraved item, it would be engraved in time to be delivered by a certain day ( a 4 day turn around) it delivered timely and my partner loved it. Thank you.
