I have purchased items for 4 bathrooms over the years.
this experence has been the best by far, they organised a refund for an item that had not been delivered to them from the supplier as I had to head north for the install and could not wait. the staff are always helppful and polite

In 2022 I came across this fabulous place
In 2022 I came across this place, through my builder SARJAN HOMES in seven hills. In this 3-4 years time, we never had much trouble with the items we bought, it was over $13-14K order for 8 bedroom home! , absolutely happy with the before and after sale services. Today I came in to pick up couple of hoses for handheld shower as it started leaking which is wear and tear, got served in 5min or less! receiving replacement soon, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Great bunch of people and Ryan is a man who helped us all the time! And price wise, really budget prices and great quality! Thank you my homeware team!
