Grub club food and treats have made a big change in my dogs life. Stopped itching ears, poo so much better, gave some to my sister to try on her dog.

No other food suits my dog's tummy or his skin. He wolfs it down & leaves a clean bowl. Delivery was super quick, so really it's a win, win, win, win......!

Delivery very efficient, just wish they did a 3kilo bag as it lasts for ages!

My extremely fussy cockapoo wouldn't so much as as lick the food or treats... Apparently she's in the 1% who don't like it but I expected as much. Grub club were true to their word, I got a refund the day after I applied for it no questions asked. Only refunded for the main bag of food but that was more than fair. Great customer service. The friend who recommended them has a dog that loves the food btw

Wow! I ordered a new bag of Grub Club for my dog yesterday and it was delivered today, that's what I call service! My dog is a very fussy eater but he really enjoys Grub Club, I actually think he believes its a treat to have it! Very glad I've found it, I have a very healthy dog and I think that's down to good food choice for him. I also like supporting an ethical business. Great job!

Lucy was a rescue with lots of allergies she was spayed recently my vet was amazed at her post op check how quickly she was healing Thank you

Customer service is excellent and the txt reminders about your next order has been so useful being able to skip or postpone for a week is a brilliant idea.
Can't wait for Ralph our (frenchie) to try the wet food.

My dog loves his grub club. I mix it with a touch of warm water. Delivery is quick and lovely that you can pop your empty bag into the recycling 😁

Subscription is so easy to manage- love that I can “skip” an order if needed by replying to the reminder text that gets sent. Customer Service is fantastic & personable. Most importantly- dogs love the food! Waiting patiently for the wet food to come out following the trial!!! Would 200% recommend Grub Club

Great product, great company, staff so helpful, sadly let down by delivery company. Delivery company informed me delivery date which was later than expected. Grub club quickly reacted to my complaint and sent another order which I paid for, on a next day delivery which sadly turned up 4 days later. I accept that maybe I left my first order a little late as we were gauging our dogs consumption of the great product but feel this great company has been let down by delivery agent. I have just ordered the same product again, but from a third party company using Amazon delivery, and it worked well. At least Grub club gets the sale still.

Grub club are a brilliant company. Their products are amazing and they're great at listening to customer feedback. My dog is very picky but loves all of their products and the environmental benefit of grub club over competitors products is amazing so it is a no brained that I'll continue to be a lifelong customer. Very easy ordering and delivery and great loyalty benefits. Really interactive with customers online

Our three dogs have been eating this happily for a couple of years now, even the fussy old retired greyhound.

I absolutely love grub clubs products! (And so do my dogs) They’re consistently devouring their food and their breath smells better too. 10/10 will keep buying the kibble and the clean teeth treats.

Such a brilliant and innovative product which my Cypriot rescue hounds eat with gusto! Took me a while to find the right food for them and, whilst they would eat anything, the ‘end product’ was not good 😌 Now they have firm stools, no wind(!) and their coats are super shiny. I also love that by using All Day Buffet I’m doing my bit, albeit in a small way, to reduce the carbon footprint. Lastly, Hugh & Ale couldn’t be more helpful. If I’ve messed up an order or need one sooner, or later, they sort it out for me immediately - amazing customer service 👍
