I booked a ticket from SFO to India and back with My Fly Yatra. I needed a multi city ticket and Sumit spent much time and several calls to give me information about dates, travel classes, cities, etc. He was very responsive to my queries and provided me with timely information and choices, so I could book my tickets. He checked back with me to make sure I could see my tickets with the airlines. I changed my mind about a few details which he was able to incorporate.
