I had a great experience with MyFlightPal when booking my flights through their website myflightpal.co.uk. The team, especially Stephen, Dennis, and Irene, were exceptionally helpful and professional. Whether it was finding affordable last-minute flights, organizing journeys efficiently, or addressing my concerns with patience and care, they really went above and beyond. The process was smooth, and their dedication made stressful situations much easier to manage. I’ll definitely consider using their service again. Four stars!

This was my first time booking flights over the phone. Albert made the whole process very smooth.

Recently went online to purchase an air ticket for around £442 at the point of payment the payment and confirmation didn’t show up. I then rang the company to see if the ticket was booked to which they replied no as there were no seats left at that price.I then had to purchase another ticket for the same itinerary at £657 so I then booked that. I don’t have an issue with that however I was told that that the payment for the original ticket wouldn’t be charged although it was showing pending on my account I informed my bank and they made sure the payment wouldn’t be made. Two weeks later a payment was drawn from my account for £442 the ticket I was told was never booked so my details were used again without my knowledge and for a service I didn’t receive in fact ii paid £200 more for the.same service as I was told that the first booking was never confirmed as the price had changed so how am I paying for one flight twice ??
Customer service very poor for a company with supposedly a high 4 plus railing on trust pilot very strange!!
Seems very scamish and I wouldn’t recommend them as the are untrustworthy. Hope you all take care think about the customer service before you purchase you never know when you need it and it’s was very poor from my experience.

Moments after I uploaded this compliant which their online customer service didn’t want to entertain and didn’t want to refund I received a call saying that there had been a misunderstanding and they would return the payment of £442 could I also please remove my post. I found it most amusing that I had to go this far to get the correct fair result. So the matter is now resolved but they could have been customer friendly and resolved the issue earlier as it was obviously not a problem of my making.

She is a good listener and exercised a lot of patience to ensure that I navigated the system and paid the ticket online.
