By being honest and tell their customers that their order is coming all the way from Germany. Calling yourself myfabrics.co.uk is misleading. I would never have ordered from them had I known this.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They ask you to sign up for their emails in return for 15% off your first order. The code did not work and after several very rude emails from the company with different excuses as to why it would not work they eventually said it’s because it’s a new fabric and is not included - after looking at the terms and conditions it’s basically impossible to buy a product eligible for the discount. They are a scam and I would not recommend them - customer service is awful.

Good Quality, good price
Really good quality fabric at a competitive price. I have bought from Myfabrics a few times and they have become my favourite site for home sewing fabric.

Definitely the last time I order from MyFabrics.
I don’t think they would ever have processed my order had I not contacted them. No real response, either, just confirmation that today it has been shipped. What a coincidence

I was totally unaware that this is a German company as they are using a co.uk website and email address.
I ordered fusible interfacing for a rucksack, and the fabric is a lightweight polyester of some kind totally impractical. I am trying to return as it cost a lot of money, and being told that it has to go back to Germany, at my expense and it may not clear customs which is a joke as it has already cleared once, and i believe this to be a get out of refunding me. How foolish not to read reviews before purchasing ...

Beautiful fabric but no good for intended use
I ordered this linen for a tablecloth for my son’s 3mtre dining table. However, sadly, when it arrived it was too loose a weave so is totally unsuitable for its intended purchase which is a shame as I am now left with £60+ pounds worth of linen that I’ll have to use on a garment for myself. Fortunately is a lovely soft linen and if I can find the right garment to make it should work well

Really like the fabric
Really like the fabric, although I found it difficult to work out the direction of the pattern, meaning my measurements didn't work out. Also delivery took a long time. The estimated delivery date was when it was handed to the international shipper meaning at arrived 1 week later than I expected.

Fabric comes from Germany not a UK company
I order some striped fabric from this company, it looked white on the site but it was cream, I waited a long long time for the delivery and on opening it was the wrong colour, I paid to return the fabric which was very dear only for it to be returned to me yesterday saying it had the incorrect customs form, I emailed my fabrics and they said return it again at my cost and ensure you have the correct form this time, it’s in the bin, never again.

Great outdoor canvas for furniture.
Starting with initial caution a-plenty, I requested 3 samples that duly arrived as stated, then I ordered some fabric and was very pleasantly surprised to have everything go very smoothly from placing the order, having the fabric sample reimbursement applied, paying (with no foreign transaction charges) and receiving the fabric package with no duties or customs charges and all on time. Congratulations to myfabrics and the couriers as well as Royal Mail. Now I'm happily rejuvenating my garden chairs. Thank you so much. I fully recommend.
