The low cost of entry made it easy to try out their classes. The initial communications were a little bumpy, but the lessons have been good quality, well-paced and easy to understand. The overall structure of the program is productive. I was definitely more satisfied as the programs progressed, and they provide a ton of useful bonus material like cheat sheets and pro guides.

The "cancel anytime" is a…
The "cancel anytime" is a non-functioning element on this website. I needed to cancel my one-month introduction due to my lack of time needed follow the program. The program would only take me to a page with renewal offers and I was changed $19.00 twice before the one month expiration date. I've spent a lot of time to get attention to my problem with no results. There is no way to talk to a human as everything on this site is automated. PER THE ATTACHED RESPONSE: Thank you for your quick response! How do I send you my requested information once I get on the support page? I want to make sure my response is accurate.

I felt that John's intro and instructions were fairly easy to follow for just about anyone. Also, so far, the instructor has been teaching the curriculum in a breadcrumbs fashion. Which makes it easier to absorb.
