They're using Shopify for their backend and sent product to the wrong address. Sent multiple emails/left VM to get them to correct the shipping address over a week before the product was shipped. I never heard back from them.
I actually asked AI to suggest French companies making beeswax bread bags that didn't come from China.
Top of the list was Elviria!
Guess that shows that either AI is as susceptible to scams as the rest of us, or maybe they are working for China 🤔
I fell for it. I ordered these. I'm in the UK and had the impression it was coming from the UK as delivery was 5 days.
But it's never arrived. Looking more closely it says it's based in Florida, USA, but that is a lie. They're Chinese, so typical of companies in the country it's a scam.
If you ever get them forget returning them; it will cost you, but, the company will not pick them up from their customs import side in China. Then after one month, due to no pick up, the items are returned to you and you are charged for that!!
Do not use this company! When my order took a long time to come my inquiry (when I could still cancel the charge) was responded to quickly assuring me the order was coming. When I received an email saying it had been delivered but no items were delivered and I contacted the company all I have gotten is silence. This is a sham company!
Very slow delivery (beeswax bread bag) ordered 13 April, delivered 8 May). The advert gives the impression that it's a cottage industry, probably in France. But the product was shipped from China and it wasn't cheap - £35 for two. It did arrive and does seem to be what's described. It does seem as if it may inhibit mould, but it does not seem to keep the bread fresh as the crust hardens over a couple of days. Time will tell - I'm not sending it back to China!
I thought for a long time this was a scam, but finally received my product, it looks as advertised, I can’t say how it is yet, but I am hopeful, even though their vibe is scammy and their customer service is lousy and unresponsive.
Apparently a scam site. Made a small order: never received, no valid tracking, no response to emails.
Fake reviews on the website, this is an unknown site, and the product and story is questionable!
