paid for a copy to be achieved , have written several emails , and everytime you call the number they have on thier website- 01752 371010, not picked , i suspect its just a scam , very very unproffessional avoid if you dont want stress.

Easy to do and recieved quickly. Only downside is the bank LLOYDS refuse to accept the certificate stating they will ONLY accept certificates from the official deedpoll site via the government.
I emailed asking advice but got nothing.

this company unreliable if you don't want to lost money don't use this one I been order and paid in 15days ago after the payment got the conformation email but did't received my deed poll and I been sent email to them never response and they claim my money for twice in a different day I inly made the order once why taking the money twice the most strange is did't receive any item and unable contact them and was called them no-one answer

The application was simple to complete. The turnaround time was very quick, 36 hours. The document was highly professional, in a no copy format and with a seal. Could not have expected such a straight forward process.

Was initially going to use the .gov website, however the service is somewhat complicated, and not easy to understand.

I then looked at alternative services, and top search on google was Charles Burgess. Okay at first apprehensive, but then I looked at the reviews, and decided to "go for it".

I was not disappointed with the service. The Charles Burgess website was easy to follow.
The Deed Poll certificate looks proffesinoal and arrived really quick (had the postman not delivered it to the wrong place!!!, Charles Burgess put correct address on, but Royal Mail delivered to a wrong address 2 miles away!!).

Professional looking document, and the accompanying paperwork to explain what to do next was fantastic.

Forget using the Goverment (.gov) Deed Poll site, use Charles Burgess

I would highly recommend this company so polite and friendly nothing is too much trouble and get back to you so quickly. Quality of my documentation was outstanding. I certainly would have given more than 5 stars if I could off.

Tried to do my own name change using the .gov steps, but this was rejected because i hadn't filled the paperwork in correctly, as it isn't too easy to comprehend. I then found Charles Burgess deed poll offered the service to do it all for me and they made it so much easier. The price and how easy the whole process was, was 100% worth it. Should have come straight here and save myself time in the first place, but we live and learn! Thanks again guys, I definitely recommend!
