She not only does her job exceptionally well, but she also understands my situation thoroughly and tries to help with both my debt and my emotional well-being. She patiently walked me through all the details and provided clarification on the parts I didn’t understand. Additionally, she is available after our calls if I have any questions, which makes me feel supported. This demonstrates outstanding service, and I’m truly speechless at how she handled everything.
