Worst safe company ever
;; if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. this is the worst safe company that exists, in the past two years I have spent $2000. They are very, very slick too. You will contact them about the problems you have with your safe. They will take forever answering and ask you for pictures videos multiple times even though you’ve already sent them then you will start getting frustrated and they say they will escalate the situation. But their trick is they escalate the situation for so long without getting anything done to the point where your warranty expires and then next thing you know, they tell you sorry we can’t do anything to help you because your warranty expired even though you’ve been asking for a refund or an exchange Pretty much since you got the thing. But they tell you their technical team is gonna help you they tell you they’re gonna call you. They tell you they’re gonna have a visual meeting with you and they never do and they escalate and escalate and you wait and you wait and then before you know what the warranty is over and You just got screwed for the second time.
