The order was processed and sent quickly. My only problem was the tracking with Aftership. Usually I get Australia Post updates telling me when to expect the item but I could only click the link to see the order status and had to keep checking. it did not update the delivery day so I got home and found it on my doorstep where it had probably been all day. As I live in a townhouse with parking right near my door, I wasnt happy having an item worth nearly $1000 being dropped there without giving me any notice. The tracking still hasnt updated to "delivered" even though it was delivered 2 days ago.

The ordering process was straightforward, and the mask arrived at my door within just a couple of days, securely packaged. The seals and cushion were fresh and authentic, and it fit perfectly right out of the box. Excellent pricing and the delivery speed was fantastic.
