Absolutely unacceptable service
Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order worth almost £100 on 29 July after your website advertised next working day delivery. It’s now 5 August, my parcel still hasn’t arrived, and instead I received a Royal Mail “Fee to Pay” card because Citron failed to pay the correct postage.
I’ve already paid nearly £100 for my order, yet I’m now expected to pay an additional £3.30 just to receive it. This is not my responsibility and should never happen to a customer.
Delayed delivery is bad enough, but making customers pay because of the sender’s mistake is completely unacceptable. I expect Citron to reimburse this fee immediately and seriously improve their shipping process. I will not be ordering again

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
Royal Mail advised that there was an issue with the postage on your parcel, which unfortunately caused the delay and the Fee to Pay card. You absolutely should not have been expected to pay this fee yourself. If you had contacted us, we would have been happy to pay the additional charge directly with Royal Mail to have your parcel released.
Unfortunately, this was an issue caused by Royal Mail rather than Citron, but we're still very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Great quality and amazing service
I ordered coffee mugs in December for Christmas and emailed the customer service to amend my shipping details and they were so fast to get back to me and resolve it. I have recommended them to all my friends as the quality is great too!

My second water bottle

Hi I contacted the company on 7 July chasing for the order status.
Got a reply asking for order number on 9 July, I replied again and no information after that. WHEN are you going to ship the product to me!? It’s 13 July now, took almost one month (I ordered on 15 June!) but have nothing. No updates, no reply, no product.

Your order included a pre-order item, which was clearly marked on the product page and at checkout. While it was originally due for dispatch in early July, the shipment was unfortunately delayed. Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, refused to return items in an order claiming it’s engraved. However only the water bottle is engraved the other just comes with name stickers for free. Will not recommend if you are hoping for good services.

Quick delivery, well packaged, quality goods.
Ordered a set of plates & had no problems at all. They arrived on time & well packaged. They appear to be very strong & certainly capable of surviving being dropped. Used them for the first time today when having a bbq & appreciated the angle of the rim of the plates, which kept food from sliding off them.

Citron small food flask
We bought Citron small food flask. Its perfect size for school meal for my son with is yoghurt and fruit. He is enjoying taking it everyday. The quality is very good and food stays warm.

Poor quality
Poor quality. Waste of money.
I think I bought 4-5 of the lunch box in a period of a year. All of them got broken on the handle - insulation part. I thought this was happening at school and my kid was not handling properly until it broke on my hands by simply using the mechanism of pressure release and pulling the lid. I was shocked. Sent them an email with the pictures and receipts… so far they haven’t done anything. My honest opinion - go for the Thermos…

Citroen UK useless
Citroen UK, have no awareness of customer service. They do however have excellent ability in providing cars built to poor quality. Before you buy a Citroen think carefully it will have recalls during which time you will have no access to the car. Oh Citroen UK do offer support, if you wish to attempt to use it via their compensation scheme. Advice buy from another or regret.

Don’t buy anything

Rubbish product and rubbish customer service
I ordered the roll top lunch box for the start of the new school year in September, by November it was broken and unusable. The popper on the front had completely come off so it couldn’t stay shut. I flagged the issue and customer services requested photos. I sent them back the images a few days later… then chased a week later… NOTHING.

Bad customer service
Such a shame, as most of the products I ordered were so lovely.
However, I noticed a chip in the paint on the drinks bottle I bought.
I emailed the company and got offered either £5 or 20% discount.
I took the 20% discount after ALOT of back and forth.
Then, after I had excepted, I also received a generic email that was sent to all on the mailing list for 20% off which I felt made my 20% off pointless and insulting.
So I emailed back and got the £5.
I will order again as everything else in the order was lovely but the actual customer service was 0/10.
I had to write publicly on their instagram to prompt them to email me back. (Several times).
Really disappointing because I thought they would have a female led, thoughtful, responsive team. Which is not the case.
To conclude, nice product, bad customer service.
