Exceptional Service That Made Our Rome Trip Stress-Free

I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from Ciao Transfer compelled me to do so.

My son and I recently traveled to Rome, where we spent several days exploring the city’s historic sites and taking two trips outside of Rome. With a busy itinerary and multiple transportation needs, dependable service was essential both within the city and for travel beyond Rome.

From the moment we first contacted Ciao Transfer, their service was outstanding. They were always punctual, professional, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Throughout our trip, plans changed several times, and every request to adjust pickup times was handled quickly, courteously, and without any inconvenience.

What impressed me most was their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. When our return flight schedule changed, the car service we had originally booked through Booking.com was unable to accommodate the new pickup time. We contacted Ciao Transfer, and within 10 minutes they had arranged transportation for us. What could have been a stressful situation became completely seamless thanks to their prompt assistance.
