The travel model was perfect on our…

The travel model was perfect on our vacation and for use on my clients in a very specific area. I’m very thankful I was able to buy it.

The downside was the delivery. We were told it would be a certain day and time and changed our schedule to be here for it. It took another week and a half to arrive. I appreciate that that issue has been addressed though.

Terrible

Terrible. I ordered this a month ago and it’s still not here. The delivery date got switched to the Christmas Eve and we were going to be out of town so we paid $12 UPS fee to change the date to be delivered on Saturday. The. I got a message from UPS that they are changing the date to Monday while we are working. I have to take time off of work now to be there.
Initially we waited for 2 weeks and never heard from Mychondria. We sent an email and called and didn’t hear back for 2 days.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced with the delivery. UPS has been heavily delayed across the board during the festive season, and we know how disruptive it can be when delivery dates keep shifting.

Your order was placed during our Black Friday sale, and as noted on the product page, these orders were part of a 10–15 business-day dispatch window. Your shipment was sent out within that timeframe, but unfortunately UPS then made several changes to the estimated delivery date on their side.

Regarding communication, we checked our system and saw an email from you on December 12th that was replied to the same day by Darren. We don’t have any earlier messages on record, so it’s possible a previous email didn’t reach us — and if that happened, we sincerely apologize. You should always receive a timely response from us.

We understand how inconvenient this experience has been, and even though courier delays are outside our control, your experience still matters deeply to us.

Shipping after a month

My order got delivered on dec 29th - a month and 11 days after ordering to a wrong address in a different state. This logistics is a disaster. The company is careless delivering goods worth of thousands of dollars carelessly to random addresses. I’m beyond frustrated. This is just bad business model and lack of respect for the customer

It is the best red light and NIR

It is the best red light and NIR. I got a great result shortly! I have more energy for my living/work! I feel release if tight muscle, even deep headache be healed! I sleep tight these days! It is really good to me and my family! I wonder if more discount for reorder!

Just received my panel and have only used it a few times. The unit was shipped without a power cord . I called the customer service number and got Nick himself. He was very responsive and sent a power cord ASAP. I’m very happy with his response.

The website has very good information…

The website has very good information about the different products and is easy to navigate. I have been using red light therapy for several years and was ready to upgrade my device. I requested a call back appointment

I requested a call back appointment. Nick called me back on time at the appointed time. He was knowledgeable and seemed to listen well to my questions. As far as the product working to solve my issue I have only had it for a couple of weeks so not sure yet. I am cautiously optimistic.

Life Changing

Nick is a bodhisattva I have been using a maxxed 2 with an adjustable mobile stand since early June. I love it. I use it without fail every morning before my morning sitting meditation practice and every evening before bed I have significant undiagnosed degenerative nerve disorders including peripheral neuropathy, chronic sciatica, and torturous pelvic floor issues. I am very disciplined in my numerous self care techniques. Without a doubt since using red light therapy my sleep, skin, and eyes are noticeably better as well as various aches and pain in my 75 year old ex mountaineer endurance athlete body. Most importantly the neuropathy in my feet continues to improve. I am hiking better than I have in years and rocking my carbon frame e gravel bike. I am grateful !! Any PT/self care requires discipline. Thank you Nick

Very Satisfied to date!

My device hadn’t shipped in the timeframe it was supposed to. You see I was anxiously awaiting its arrival. When I reached out to customer service, Darren quickly responded and began working to get the issue resolved. He remained in contact daily with me until I received my device.

I have used it on a bad ankle and on my fatty liver. I can actually feel my body reacting to the red and NIR light sessions.

My ankle hasn’t bothered me at all on my long walks or runs :)))). Praying it is improving my liver, as well. I am not overweight just was diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease and have tried various things to improve my numbers. Praying this works in conjunction with healthy diet and exercise.

Well packaged and excellent tracking

My Midi was delivered by UPS. The box was extremely well packed and in perfect condition. Due to the value of the red light, I was very happy that a signature was required for the delivery.

I have some health issues

I have some health issues. I am going to a chiropractor who uses lasers in some of his treatments. He told me that the MYCHONDRIA MOVE unit is helpful for me I am also using the services of a Dr. Feinberg, who uses NMT system Both doctors gave me instructional procedures for using the red/near-infrared unit and have already experienced some improvements.
