I have been ordering 2 boxes of the 24 tabs. Since my complaint they sent 2 boxes then back to 1 box. No reply to email since. The phone number apparently is a another company irish male accent.
Appalling customer service — completely ignored
I placed an order on 17th April for a Hoover J76LF Mini Turbo Brush Nozzle. The delivery driver was unable to access my property and redirected it to a Post Office. I was out of town and missed the 30th April collection deadline. I have since contacted DPD, who confirmed the item needs to be returned to the seller ,yet despite sending multiple emails to MyCarePlusProtect, I have received absolutely no response whatsoever. No refund, no redelivery, no acknowledgement. The silence is completely unacceptable. I have now had to escalate to Haier Europe directly and am considering a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company if you expect any level of customer support.
No updates on order placed 5th April and not received
Placed an order on the 5th April, with a 3-5 working day delivery. Still have not received my product, no shipping updates and no response to my email asking where it is. Can’t speak to anyone. Absolutely DIRE customer service and clearly a scamming website! Have now emailed to request a refund and will order from a decent site. Clearly the positive reviews are not legit given the negative reviews on here. Avoid them!

Avoid! Items never received after 3 weeks despite multiple emails requesting an update, and no response. There’s no phone number to contact. Thankfully I paid by PayPal and got a full refund. Do yourself a favour - don’t buy from this company.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
I placed an order 20 days ago for five items, which were advertised with a delivery timeframe of 3–5 days. Ten days ago, only two of the five items were delivered. The remaining three items have still not been received.
Over the past 20 days, I have sent approximately 13–14 emails on different days, none of which have received a response. I have also attempted to contact you via your social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), but again, I have received no reply. Furthermore, there is no available telephone number through which customers can reach you.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and concerning. I have also noticed that several other customers appear to be reporting similar issues on your social media platforms.
Unless the outstanding items are dispatched immediately or a full refund is issued without delay, I will escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and seek further action.
I expect an urgent resolution.

absolutely dire customer service. No contact telephone number. Just an email address that isn't responded to. Have been trying for 2 years to cancel a subscription I was conned into signing up to. Was assured last year it was sorted. Lo and behold it has arrived at my door again this morning and I've been charged for it. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!

Like another custome the delivery was fast but instead of the three bottles of dishwasher gel I paid for, one bottle of rinse aid was sent. I found their IG page & messaged there with my order number & within a few days I was finally contacted by email and they say they will refund my purchase.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The delivery was speedy but instead of the three bottles of dishwasher gel I paid for, I got one bottle of rinse aid. I've emailed them twice to ask them to rectify this, but I haven't had a reply. There is no phone number on the website. Definitely won't use them again and would caution others against using them.
AVOID. Zero response from customer service and very late delivery
I have cancelled my subscription as I cannot stand it when companies do not respond. My order was placed on 03/01/26 but didn't arrive until 15th. I'd emailed twice in that time, but no response. Sorry guys, but this is just not acceptable. A simple reply with apologies for any delays would go a long way. It would appear this happens frequently, so I'd suggest people avoid this company until they can provide decent service. Go elsewhere, people!

Dreadful company. I ordered some 3in1 washing machine cleaner on 2 December and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. It’s now 23 December! No telephone number only email address which is a waste of time as they get ghosted. So customer services are non-existent. I thought this was a UK company but I have a sneaky suspicion that the goods come from China.
I also had an email yesterday asking me to review the product which I’ve yet to receive. What a joke! Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

If I had read the reviews first I probably wouldn't have ordered the Hoover stacking kit I wanted. However, I ordered it on Tuesday delivery 3-5 days it arrived on Friday.
Why only 4 stars, when I received the order acknowledgment it had my name, post town and post code, no street address!. I emailed to advise this but have yet to get a reply, which I think is both unprofessional and rude.
I then had notification from DPD they were expecting my parcel which helped regain some confidence, but there was no house number or street to deliver to.
Both the DPD AI bot and chat agent were poor considering I am adding to their profits with my delivery.
It then struck me change the delivery to my local post office then I won't have to worry that DPD will have no idea where to deliver.
Picked it up today from the Post Office and delighted.
