Volkan was great. I had to get wheelchair assistance at the airport and that took longer than anticipated but he was patient and kept clear and consistent communication. I feel confident in booking with him and mycabit for any of my needs in the future.

We are visiting from Chicago and staying in Bathgate. It was hard to find a cab to take us to the airport but My Cabit sent a cab to us with no problem. It was easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp messaging and our driver was great!

Very good communication and ease of booking. They were very responsive with text through WhatsApp! Would recommend booking a bigger vehicle than you think you need, would use again next time we come back to Scotland!

Driver phone when the flight landed to tell me to call when we had our bags. Did so and he met us as we arrived at the pick up. Friendly guy, helpful and got us home very smoothly. Thank you!

Volkan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As soon as my son and I landed at Edinburgh Airport, he texted me straight away to let us know that he was waiting for us outside Costa Coffee.
He was right on time, very friendly and welcoming, and even helped us with our bags and walked with us to the car. He was lovely to chat with throughout the journey and made us feel very comfortable.
The drive from Edinburgh Airport to Perth was smooth and stress-free, and we arrived home safely without any problems.

Ves got a little lost finding my brothers house. It is a challenge to locate given there is a hidden driveway. I located her quickly as she was communicating regularly via text. It was dark as it was a very early start. Drive was amazing and we arrived ahead of time. I Highly recommend Mycabit. I would definitely use them again.
