MyBullion are the real deal. You get exactly what you ordered and it ships within the hour (at least it has for my two small purchases). Packaging is excellent and any messages I e sent have been answered right away. These guys are the future of bullion trading.

myBullion are great to deal with, can we give 6 stars? I ordered something small that ended up being out of stock. MyBullion went above and beyond to remediate by offering me a refund with any spot increase difference OR another premium item of similar but greater value, with free express post and an XRF Cert!
Give these guys a go, you can't beat their service. Keep an eye on their Bullion Pro Specials too, they've got some great deals at times.

The communication was second to none.
The product was as stated and shown in pictures.
Postage cost was too high as they said they have insurance to pay on top of normal postage, I think we should have the choice to insure it or not (a feature you can add at checkout) as the bargain price I got was eaten up with extra cost with insurance.
Plus the items were not individually bubble wrapped so able to clink around , even with the extra foam padding in the box . I always wrap individually as every postal or courier company are rough as guts when handling items and anything collectable most certainly has its price affected by its condition. Otherwise very happy and I will do business again, just giving feedback so you can keep improving your position in the market.

Picked up a Pamp gold bar at spot on myBullion's Sunday Special. What a great opportunity to add to the collection.
