My experience obtaining a British Passport was excellent. The process was more complex than I anticipated, but the feedback and guidance provided by Chrysta was timely and specific. Specific instructions were issued for every step of the process and progress achieved was documented.

This is the third time Ive renewed my Passport.
Nicky was gave fantastic support and great patience on all my questions. Very quick in responding to my emails. Then the refunding me as have to pay for Courier from South Africa, the very next day! I look forward to using her services again in 10 years time!!

They were very responsive and worked with me to ensure that I had the correct paperwork before submitting it to the Passport office. This meant that when I submitted it, it was processed relatively quickly.

Instructions were clear and each step of the process was communicated clearly and effectively. The only downside that I feel was a bit of an issue was the manner in which DHL operates. Specifically:-
1. DHL have listed locations in many places but these are only "pick-up" locations for people receiving items. I only discovered this when I tried to deliver my old passport etc to a "local" DHL centre which meant I had to go back to square one
2. DHL don't give an estimated time they will pick up or deliver. This means one is unable to go out potentially for the entire day

I was having problems using the UK passport application so I contacted you. Leigh was more than helpful and guided this PC illiterate through the process very smoothly and efficiently. My passport arrived a few days ago and I was kept informed throughout the process by Leigh.

My experience renewing my B/P online while living in another country, really was wonderful. I had never done it before. I did read on the website that I would be guided step by step all the way, via an email, at each stage, and I can honestly say I was. I was so worried about doing it online myself, but I would certainly do it again.
Renewing my B/P, from the time DHL picked up my paperwork needed to renew my B/P and my new B/P delivered to me at my home, took 3 wks 4 days.

I am an elderly lady with very little computer skills, once I had explained how little experience I had the instructor made it easier for me. I was very grateful. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to inform the company beforehand though. I felt a little out of my depth.

My husband and I became quite overwhelmed with news that we could no longer travel to the UK on our Australian Passports, as we had done for previous visits to family in Scotland. This was due to the UK government's new ruling for Dual Citizens. Due to having already booked tickets prior to this new law, we were most anxious to secure new British passports as quickly as possible, as we were told that our old ones were now classed as obsolete (1977+)! I renewed my passport from abroad. The process was a little complicated, but the person handling my application provided clear instructions at every stage of the process. Her friendly, while also professional manner made it easy for me to ask questions and gave me confidence that my application was in safe hands.
