I haven't received my order which I place over a week ago. I've also e-mailed and haven't even had an acknowledgement. Really rude and bad service. Not happy

Have had a couple of different trimmers which have always caught my skin, this is the best one of all of the ones I have tried, and the cheapest!! Fantastic bit of kit

I made order in the 4th October. Still not have received . I emailed had a response for me to confirm home address . I did that . Now for last three four days I have emailed back twice asking for refund . Still yet to have an outcome.

I honestly had really high hope's for this as I suffer from hip,back and leg pains but was left undecided as it's great with all the different heads and settings but realistically it's really heavy and awkward to use on yourself unless you have big hands.

I'm very disappointed, because I haven't received anything until today and I'm without my money

I noticed that on the invoice was my old address. I emailed you twice and didn't get a response. I had to go over there to collect it. Also you didn't let me know that you delivered it.

I have ordered the machine gun from mybodyfitpal and it wasn't what I expected so I've tried to return it and they wouldn't return it for me. I've sent them multiple email to the email address on their website, NOTHING. just got ignored, I've even tried to ring the number on their website and that doesn't even work. So in my honest opinion I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase this product and especially how they treat their customers, it's not worth the money. I've told family and friends and I've put it up on all my social media account. This is fraud and it's disgusting.

My body fit pal arrived with a damaged plug so couldn’t use the massage gun at all due to my fall on the train my injury continues to suffer

The muscle therapy kit arrived in two days so much more affordable compared to other brands. Works really well and I live the round head great for tired feet and achy calves. Highly recommend

Very happy with how simple the website is and the product that has arrived. Would use the company again if I ever need something the company offers.Over all a lovely experience.

I haven’t received any information about my order being dispatched. It was ordered over a week ago now and no update.

The massager is really good and does as it’s supposed to I just wished the battery would last longer. Also, I emailed the company twice asking if I could change the address of where I delivered it too and I’m still yet to get a response so it would be nice if the customer service was better.
