An all in one tool that I absolutely needed

For my customers, I am capable of resolving a wide range of concerns. By email, live chat, or direct message, I receive a lot of inquiries and feedback. I appreciate being able to respond quickly to their queries and concerns. MyAlice also makes it simple for me to maintain positive contact with my customers.

Get Serious About Ecommerce With MyAlice

My alice is an excellent app for Ecomm businesses. It has a very straightforward interface and is very easy to use. It integrates with many popular 3rd party e-comm apps. The pricing is also very competitive. This is a great app that is worth investing in.

Clean and Neat UI but...

I love the clean and neat interface of MyAlice. You can find what you are looking for very easily. The system responses are very quick and very customizable. Integrations are also very easy, just like a plug and use solution for the integration part.
But... For setting up the chat flows or sequences, you need to spend some good time on it. Honestly, I'd like to have some generic flows built-in and just need to modify a bit then ready to go. From what I have learned so far, I need to build up everything on my own. Hope to see some short tutorial videos inside the chat builder.

The best Live Chat for eCommerce

I just want to take the time to share that MyAlice is such a great tool. I love how it can be used to save our time and keep customers engaged and purchase from the chating.

The UX and UI are clean and easy to navigate. Overall - a very good experience and a promising product! :) Hope it continues for very long!

Since I've started using MyAlice, it has definitely saved me a lot of time.

Since I've started using MyAlice, it has definitely saved me a lot of time. I used to have to switch between different apps and websites to manage my social media, live chat, and e-commerce orders, but now I can do all that from one place. It's also been really helpful having chatbots automate some of my customer support conversations. Overall, I'm really happy with MyAlice and would recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one customer communication tool.

Best support and customer service tool for online store

MyAlice is a good customer support tool, and I like it how easy it is to talk with customers. I like the omni channel support and can connect my all major social media channels like whatsapp, FB messenger, instagram, telegram and also can chat my website visitors.

The fun part is, can see the customers' orders right inside the dashboard and can I can handle their queries faster. I can also create new orders and can send payment links right from the dashboard to the customers. It saves a lot of time and makes the process simple and faster.

If you have an online store and are using shopify/woocommerce then this tool can help you to make your support, and customer relationships better and can increase your sales.

In "Arab Reseller" Brands we use MyAlice to communicate with our clients and manage multi channels with one panel. the good thing in MyAlice is they offer omni-channel with chatbot built in with 3rd party chatbot databases. so i can build my own triggers or just link with Wit.ai and get smart bot with one click.

Great tool

I've tested MyAlice and I hav y it is quite a good tool. It is very useful to have a support system to take care of clientsa, but it is better if it connects to my store and have specific information about that customer. purchases, etc.
I haven't explored all the features of the software, but so far, so good. I hope they keep with the good work and keep updating with new features in the future.

Great tool to communicate with clients

Myalice has been a great help in optimizing my response times to clients. Many times I did not get to see all the company's networks daily, and I lost sales opportunities for not answering on time. Having Instagram and Facebook messages in one place has allowed me to reply on time. I'm waiting for them to integrate WhatsApp again.

Excellent customer support tool

- Fast integration and multi-platform integration. My website uses Woocommerce, it only takes 2 minutes to connect my store with MyAlice. In addition, I have also connected my Fanpage.
- I can use MyAlice on both web browser and mobile phone
* The features that I like and are most useful to me, save me a lot of time:
- Search all orders of customers who are chatting
- Search and send suggested products directly to the chat box.
- Create orders directly while chatting with customers
- Automatically suggest products based on keywords when chatting. In addition, it is easy to set up smart auto-reply.
* There's so much more and I love MyAlice

It’s a great app but

I love the fact that they are building a unified app that will allow e-commerce store owners communicate and provide support to their customers. Nonetheless, I couldn’t connect my social media pages and WhatsApp. I keep getting an error. I hope they will help me to resolve it soon

I am so glad I found MyAlice.

I just want to take the time to share that MyAlice is such a great tool. I love how it can be used to save our time and keep customers engaged.The onboarding process is really smooth. I love how easy it is to use - even without reading any documentation, I can easily set up the integration with channels, basic chat bot's auto reply, and run live chats on my site. That is what I was looking for.
The monthly active limits may seem low, but it makes sense for running a small number of brands. Looking forward to see them grow
