Avoid at all costs

I would not recommend these guys and will never do business with them again. First, they have no meaningful customer service -- their customer service line is outsourced to a foreign country with heavy accents and no knowledge whatsoever. They prohibit any communication between you and the company doing the work - all you can do is talk to the foreign customer service agents, who leave you on hold for upwards of an hour or more as you wait. Even after begging to speak to someone in charge and being told I would be contacted by a manager, no such contact occurred even though I waited at home like an idiot for the supposed call. Second, they could not fix my seatbelts and sent me a brief message saying so, without ever saying what the problem actually was and why they couldn't fix it. Third, after requesting that they return the original seat belt, they held onto it forever before shipping it back and when I called to inquire about the status, I was hung up on by customer service -- the third time I'd been hung up on them during this process. Unless you are a local in Atlanta and can physically go to the premises to drop off, pick up, and talk to someone about your order, I strongly advise you to avoid this company l like the plague. There are numerous entities on eBay who offer the same service for less money too. A horrific experience in every single respect. The customer service operators, with heavy foreign accents, even lie and say they are in Georgia working out of the company office which is false. Why do business with someone so extremely dishonest and unresponsive.
