Very bad experience with the Myair.0 mouse.
After receiving the product, I quickly noticed that the battery does not hold a charge at all. The battery life is extremely poor, making the mouse almost unusable in everyday use. For a brand-new product, this is completely unacceptable.
What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. Instead of offering a simple solution or a proper replacement, they only propose that I return the product. The problem is that the return must be sent to China at my own expense. Using a standard carrier like La Poste, the shipping costs are around €50 — almost the same price as the product itself.
There is no responsibility taken, no commercial gesture, and no real willingness to help the customer. They sell a defective product and then expect the customer to pay a significant amount of money to fix their mistake.
I strongly do not recommend this brand. Poor product quality and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. ⚠️
