Boring game selection
Most of the slots look and feel the same. Same type of bonus, same sound effects. After like half an hour I felt like I was spinning one endlessly reskinned game. Got tired and cashed out what was left.

Email support never answered
Sent them a detailed email with screenshots about a game crash and money missing. Week later, still nothing. Not even a canned “we received your ticket”. If they can’t reply about missing funds, that’s a big red flag to me.

Tiny bet, still annoyed
I only played with small stakes but the way the bonus was structured meant I had to keep betting way longer than I wanted. By the time I met the conditions, there was almost nothing left to withdraw. Kind of pointless.

Unclear promo calendar
They have some calendar with daily deals but rules change constantly and conditions are hidden in separate pages. I stopped bothering with promos at all.

On Saturday night the live chat button just disappeared, only email left. Response came Monday. Weekend issues basically ignored.

I sent them clear screenshots of a game crash with my bet and balance, and they still replied asking for “more proof”. How much proof do you need? In the end they said they can’t compensate because they can’t reproduce it. Pointless.

VIP rewards unstable
One week my VIP level gives certain cashback and perks, next week they’ve “updated the program” and my benefits are worse with no real explanation. Pretty demotivating to stay loyal anywhere when they move the goalposts.
