Lam offers a first class service, he even responded to my initial enquiry I sent at 10pm, which I didn't expect.
He communicates quickly, friendly and professionally with all stages he was at transferring our old videos to USB, we have lots more to take to Lam soon. We were sent snippets of 4 videos to see if we were happy with the quality before proceeding, we were more than happy. We had 11 videos, 1 he fixed, all put onto a USB with a spare we asked for within a week. We are planning a few family movie nights to watch our memories in the next few weeks and I cannot wait.
I can highly recommend Lam and already have recommended him to friends and family, and we will return when we dig out more old memories.

I had 15 tapes converted and put onto 4 USBs, and from start to finish the service was excellent.

My initial enquiry was answered very quickly and my questions were answered clearly, which reassured me that my tapes were in good hands. Lam kept me updated throughout and sent some samples for me to approve before finishing the rest. The tapes were numbered, titled, and any blank parts removed, which was really helpful.

My grandparents and dad have passed away, so it means so much to me and my family to finally be able to watch these memories whenever we want, now in a digital format. Lam, thank you so much for your service. I’ll definitely be in touch if I need anything else.

After my grandad passed away I had a lot of different photos and some tapes from a cam-corder. Lam has digitised all of these and did it really quickly. He sent me a proof to approve initially then he completed all the others.

It has been wonderful watching the videos my grandparents recorded of their cruise holidays and has been really useful to have all those photos digitised. He even organised them into relevant folders.

I'd had 3 Video (Hi8) tapes in an old camera case for close to 30 years. After a brief exchange with Lam, it was clear that the tapes could be converted to .mp4 for a very reasonable cost. I was able to download samples from each tape and went ahead and got all tapes fully converted. Lam put the files onto a usb stick and returned the tapes to me.
Very happy with cost, speed of service and communication throughout. Happy to recommend

Incredible service. I got a vhs tape and a camcorder cassette transferred to usb for only £20 including postage. I am just delighted with the results. Such an easy process and a very fast service. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a Christmas video from 2000 converting and Lam exceeded all expectations, very friendly, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and even saved us time and fuel money by doing it on a day where we were able to wait so we didn't have to travel twice! Stellar service! I'm from the states, and while I was in the UK I needed to have some DV tapes digitised in a set time frame for a Liverpool film project. I contacted a handful of places to see what my options were and My Media Memories were the first to respond to my needs. Lam communicated consistently during the entire process, updating me on the status of the tapes and asking me questions to ensure I got just what I needed. I've been so pleased with the service from Lam at My Media Memories. It was only two weeks between my first enquiry email to receiving the final files on USB sticks and I was delighted with the quality of footage recovered from old VHS tapes. Lam was informative and helpful with quick responses at every step, and revised the original quote after discovering some footage that I wouldn't be interested in having digitised (old recordings of t.v. programmes...). He also repaired a broken tape and some damaged audio at no extra cost, and provided tracking information for the final USB sticks. I'm very happy and have enjoyed showing my family these old videos; if we discover any more in the attic I'll definitely be returning to Lam!

Excellent service and quality with great communication from Lam. I had nowhere to store almost 1000 photos and 20 old videos from my parents home but too sentimental to let go. Theyre now all in order on one hard drive that can be shared with the family. Would certainly recommend!
