Poor customer service, bad attitude owner
Awful experience. Product arrived after a long wait and found out it contained sugar so I returned as per their policy on website within 14 days. I emailed to notify them I was returning it for the owner to respond saying sorry were now not there for three weeks so we can’t accept it. I’ve never heard of a business just closing for this period as not sure how I was meant to know. He’s not properly apologised or offered to cover as Im clearly expected to pay to return it again when they decide to open and they now have my money I want refunded for this whole ‘closure’.
Very poor customer service, I would at least expect him to understand my position but apparently not. Do not advise purchasing from this company.
Not high quality products. No good health products contain sugar unnecessarily

Really sorry for that issue. In our description you will always find all information about product also if it contain a sugar or no.
All people need somtimes a rest , also we. In this hard time of Virus we got a lot less staff but a lot more orders. All our workers was exhausted and thats why we needed to get Holidays for 3 weeks. We announced that on our website.
We already accepted your return and sent you a full refund.
Again sorry for that, please enjoy your day :)
Not entirely happy with the order
Not entirely happy with the order. I have ordered about 10 bags and About 3-4 I could use as the leaves petals and blowers were in pieces. Even some of the items were simply crushed and I was advised to send it back to receive a refund.

Nice, trustworthy & good quality
Used them for a while ! Nice fast service and very good quality of product ! Even moved house once and my package was sent to my old address and so was sent back and they where kind enough to send to my new address for free. Saved my life !
