Undoubted scam company, address on website exists as a care company, sadly I researched all this after they took my, money.
Bank will be dealing with these criminals

Complete scam reported to my bank, took money and no goods recieved. Have to wait 90 days for transaction dispute.

SCAM. DO NOT TRUST
They talked the talk in emails about shipping but never hit delivery and then they blocked my email so I kept getting notifications saying my emails are not able to be received. STAY AWAY!

Scam company, ordered a fridge freezer which never showed up, emails now bounce, and the "tracking" information just sits there. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Have escalated to fraud team with my bank

It's a scam I ordered a fridge freezer 159 pounds and today they are saying problem with delivery the ref number doesn't exist BLOODY SCAMMERS I AM ON BENEFIT AND NO ONE CARES ABOUT THAT COMPANY THEY HAVE BEEN SCAMMING FOR MONTHS AND NO ONE HAS SHUT THEM DOWN SO MORE PEOPLE GETTING SCAMMED

Total scam. Bought 2 items, payment gone and nothing arrived after 2 weeks. Parcel tracking just moves into the future.

Still waiting for my ninja air fryer £129.00 should have been delivered on the 7th December no communication with the company after 3 email's please please please stay away from this company

This company is a complete scam. Never order from them. Read reviews before ordering anything online. Ordered a fridge freezer and has not arrived. How are these people able to do this in the UK? They need to be stopped.

Yep, it’s definitely a Scam. Waited 2 weeks for nothing. No answer if you call either mobile numbers and lies after lies on the chat. Received a refund but total waste of time and more waiting. Please don’t bother

Fake website. I ordered a cordless Shark vacuum cleaner and the myPOL payment shows a different company EM Homes Ltd who I have spoken with and confirmed it is nothing to do with them and I am not the first to contact them - they have reported it to the police (again). Unfortunately my payment was taken out of my bank and I have to wait 15 days to get money back as the company is 'protected' once I reported it to my bank. I have frozen my bank card and reported this to the police and have a crime number. To note: I received a fake cloned courier website via email that uses someone's details based in Wales (the company claims to be based in Brighton - but unit address phone number links to Homebase). During a webbot chat with the so called Harry Coats Sales Manager the spelling and sentence was not written well so another sign of it sadly being a scam. Please do not buy anything from this website or you will be a victim too. I wish I had read the reviews before I got sucked into buying a 'half price' Shark vacuum cleaner.

Scam, please don't order from this company. They took my payment immediately but nearly 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my Air fryer. They don't respond to messages, I have asked for a refund but no response.

I ordered fridge freezer,I didn't read the reviews until my partner said the price was to good to be true, I've sent them email to cancel it and refund my money, been onto my bank to stop the payment because it is still pending in my account, but they said that they couldn't stop payment and to raise a dispute in 15 days if my item doesn't arrive.
I just wish I had read the reviews before, I will be doing from now on

Took money almost instantly!
No product ever received!

Order doesn't arrive.
Delivery date set weeks after order and is then delayed again and again.

Scam 100% you will never get your purchases!

Total scam offering items they do not have.

Do not order from this company, they are a complete joke.
Been waiting on a fridge freezer for 3 weeks and delivery just keeps getting put further back.
