I ordered a product that was not as advertised. What I received differed significantly from the description and pictures on the company’s website. When I contacted customer service, their only proposed solution was a full return for a refund — no acknowledgment of the misrepresentation, and no willingness to offer a fair partial refund to reflect the difference in value.
Expecting customers to accept a “discount” on future purchases is unreasonable when the first purchase itself was misleading. It is not “blackmail” to ask for compensation; it is a basic consumer right to receive what was promised or to be refunded appropriately.
This experience shows a lack of accountability and fairness. I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.
