I booked MuveOne for my relocation to the Netherlands from London. This was my first time with an international moving company, so I am not sure if they are all like this. However, I have moved over 10 times locally in the UK and haven't had this experience before especially with the lack of communication.

At first it seemed great (see pro's) then it was more stress than I needed due to the lack of communication.
Communication occurred primarily through WhatsApp/email until I specifically requested to talk to someone.

I specifically booked the days for collection and pick up. I assumed that because I booked these days way in advance my items would have been delivered on the day I requested.

For context, I requested my items to be placed in storage after collection as I could not be in Netherlands the next day. So, the first collection was on 26/10/25, the loading day from the storage on 30/10/25 and the delivery was expected for 31/10/25. I was told on the 29/10/25 that it would be delivered on the 1st due to it being a "part load option" which wasn't specified at the beginning and would be carried along with other people’s deliveries. I didn't understand why they could just not deliver my stuff in a small van, especially if I requested the delivery date earlier than other clients.

The customs process required sending over documents via email. This I did not mind. However, what I did mind was having to explain to them my situation multiple times. They didn’t take the time to ask thoroughly to let me know exactly what I needed to provide. It was a back and forth through email, until I got frustrated and requested to speak to the logistics manager. I finally did and understood what I needed.

I received an email saying that my documents would be reviewed by a customs agent, but I never got an email confirming that they have been approved or when the documents would have been processed.
Only until I received a message that the delivery was delayed for a second time, as one of their client’s delivery that was with mine, had their documents rejected by customs. That is when I got the confirmation that my documents were okay. Having received the email prior stating that I will be emailed soon with the outcome about customs approval - then not actually being emailed until last minute, is frustrating.
On that same day they arranged my things to be moved and delivered with a different driver. He arrived the morning of the following day (02/11).
In total, the delivery was delayed by 3 days.

Emails tended to say “soon”. However, something at the bottom stating a timeframe or saying, “you will be emailed within 24 hours with an update”, even if the update is that things are still in progress would have given me the reassurance that is everything is okay.

I asked 2 days in a row "can you confirm the pickup time, so everything is prepared for you". After sending a second message, I was told that the pickup would be between 3 and 4 pm. On the pickup day, the delivery driver contacted me stating they wanted to come around 11am. I refused as my day was already planned, at the end he came around 4:30pm.

I understand that both delivery drivers for pick up and collection were contracted by MuveOne. So, to clarify I have no issue with them. In fact, the driver at the pickup was very helpful.

Pro's:
> low Price;
> all my belongings were delivered - none were missing;
> after prompting several times - my storage was sorted.

Con's:
> delayed three days;
> one of the boxes was damaged, thankfully nothing inside was damaged;
> there was a lack of communication - While planning for it, I wrote a message on Wednesday, and this was not answered until I prompted them the following week;
> no regular updates with a timeframe - emails/text messages stating "soon". What does SOON mean!? A timeframe with an update even if there are none i.e. "it is still in progress" would reassure the customer.

To conclude it was an upsetting process, and I wouldn’t recommend them if you value communication and organization.

Moved from Manchester to Ultrecht with MuveOne and the whole thing went smoothly. What I appreciated most was how transparent everything was... no hidden fees or surprises. They gave us a collection window and stuck to it, the driver was polite and effcient, and we got regular updates anout where our things were. It's a stressful time moving abroad and they really took the pressure off. Fair prices, good service, reliable company. Thanks to the whole team!

Fantastic. I was skeptical at first due the big difference in price between MuveOne and other shipping companies I got quotes from. However, I liked the fixed price and ability to calculate my volume and weight with the online calculator. Driver turned up and was very thorough. He weighed everything again to make sure I didn’t exceed the weight allowance. I really appreciated this as I only used a bathroom scale to weight my boxes. Driver was really helpful and did a lot of the lifting. The support was all handled via WhatsApp and the team were quick to respond and provide support. Highly recommend MuveOne

Used MuveOne for my move and couldn't be happier. the team kept me updated throughout, arrived within the estimated time, and handled everything with care. Really affordable too compared to other quotes I got. The driver was friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

After searching for about 10 quotes from different moving companies, I eneded up choosing MuveOne because they gave me the best price for my move from Naples to Lyon. Honestly, what stood out the most was the fantastic customer service from start to finish. Noel was really patient and super helpful in arranging everything alongside Kevin and the team. On the moving day driver turned up right on time and even gave me a hand with loading the van which made it all feel so much easier. I was a little nervous about my stuff arriving safely, but honestly, it all arrvied safely Thanks so much guys! could not have asked for a better move!

Only use if you are prepared to communicate via WhatsApp. Phonecalls aren't answered, emails take up to 5 days for a reply. The first point of contact Noel (WhatsApp) went beyond his remit to help us.
Advice was contradictory and emails were misunderstood.
2 days before the move we were unsure if it was going to happen on the final designated day.
Only then did communication happen!
Though the driver was late and went to the wrong address. Then was surprised by the volume of goods despite the obligatory detailed inventory and volumes having been supplied.
Everything was eventually loaded and the tired driver departed arriving at the destination promptly but, so I am told, exhausted with a further delivery over a 100 miles away to complete that day.

To be completely frank, I went into this whole moving process pretty unprepared and disorganised,but the folks at MuveOne, particularly Noel, really went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out properly. We actually had to push back our moving date to ensure we could do things the right way, and MuveOne is planning to get us all set up in September. What really impressed me was how patient they were and how willing they were to accommodate our situation.

Very difficult to communicate with them, kept changing the collection window and delivery window and did not fully explain all the constraints regarding these. Despite the low cost of this operation, I would not recommend them, as I found dealing with this company extremely stressful. Also, do NOT opt for the optional driver assist, as I did. The driver did not help me with the load or unload, however I was still charged £36 for his time. It states online that if you choose this option, you will only be charged if the driver helps... In my case, he did not help and I was charged anyway!

I just completed my house move from Amsterdam to London with MuveOne and I'm really pleased with the whole experience! their customer service agent Noel really explained the whole process and gave me all the right information up front to choose the right options. Driver showed up right on time and was genuinely helpful! Perfect choice for anyone who wants a dependable moving service!

Move One handled our move from Cardiff to Brussels with complete professionalism. The booking process was simple. and their team provided clear guidance on all requirements, especially customs clearance. Our dirver was excellent and arrvied exactly when promised and worked efficiently to load everything securely. All items arrivied in perfect condition. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction.

First time using Moveone, and I totally messed up and the way overloaded the van way beyond the 1200 kg limit. My fault for underestimating how heavy everything was and unfortunately did not use their cubic metre calculator. I was panicking, but Kevin was incredible. He arranged another van for the next day instead of just leaving me stranded. What could've been a disaster turned into just a minor hiccup.
Will definitely use them again for future moves! Amazing service when things go wrong!

All of my possessions arrived in perfect condition, not a single scratch. The team took extra care with fragile items and made sure everything was secure. Communication was outstanding, with regular updates that kept me informed throughout. Could not have asked for better service than this!

We recently moved to Prague with Muveone. The team was incredibly helpful from the day one. They informed us about the documents we need to claim VAT and duty relief well in advance and they did it the right way. And we are particularly impressed with how they handled our move from start to finish. I have to say, they did a fantastic job!

We used MuveONE for our commercial move of cleaning equipment from france to UK. Very easy to coordinate and Noel was very helpful. Items arrived on time without hiccups.

We finished unloading today. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I have to mention, Noel at moveone was friendly and very supportive. I changed my inventory a few times causing them to redo some of the work. Still they showed me no resistance. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Could not have been happier with Muveone. We used them to move from London to Lausanne, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally. The driver arrived on time, was very helpful with loading boxes and furniture. All our belongings arrived in perfect condition without a single scratch!
