Shoe quality is not very good. They're very quick to break down and not very supportive, particularly for court sports. I play high level tennis and I felt unsafe in them. I'm also trying to return them based on their policy and it's taken over 2 months and they still haven't not sent me a return label

You must avoid this company at all costs. It is a total scam and the shoes are garbage to say the least. And if you want to return them, good luck. They will avoid you for weeks then ask several questions when respond. Once you answer their stupid questions and send photos, they will take their sweet time sending a label to return them. I have worked on this for over a month and still no label. Just the runaround. And the number they've listed to call is not even their number. Its a moving company that has received numerous calls about them. Save your money and lets hope this company goes out of business and stops ripping consumers off daily. Total and complete scum bags. Thats what they are. And the shoes are shit. Avoid at all costs please.

was ready to buy until I read the 30 day return is only if not used.......how would you know if they are right for you......in a sneaker market with full and real returns this one will be short lived no matter how good they could be

Legitimately terrible! Got a pair in my normal size and they were way too small. Also, they came with black soles as they changed them. I did not want this color. Only a 50% refund to return (they come from China, BTW). So I opted for exchange. Exchange came in mail a size larger than what I wanted. Also, the item was open and USED!! Can't just get my money back. Waiting for customer service to reply to me. This is the only part that was polite with good grammar. I'm guessing though now that it was all AI answering me.

The whole purpose of this is to earn points to buy stuff and after saving up a decent amount to find they have removed the store part ... It is pointless. Not only that, I can't find a way to remove my data now. Avoid.

Sadly I have to give a star rating but I wouldn’t even give them that. I have been in contact with somebody about my order for the past 11 months. All I have been getting is that my order is in process and you will get your shipping information constantly every single week I have been reaching out to them and all I get is information that I am being strung along. Please save your money and do not buy from here. Scam scam scam scam

I placed an order with this company back in November, I still haven’t received my items and I have been asking since January for a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back. She keeps just saying that they are dedicated to sending me my order and they are completely ignoring the fact that I have been saying I want my money back for two months.I have been speaking with Rachel Peake who is the Head of Customer Care. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Placed order 2 months ago and still have not received. Automated “so sorry for delay” responses to each email to customer service with no resolution. I have asked for a refund and still same automated response.

I bought 4 pants 6 shorts xl and they only sent me 1 pair and the wrong size! I sent them screen shots of what I got and what I ordered! They will not send me the items that I wanted nor will they give me a refund. Been fighting with them since January 15. I still have not received any more items that I ordered and the size. I'm very upset. I would hate to have to take them to court for my order it was 55$ however if I would have atleast got the correct size for the one wouldn't be so bad but they been fighting with me. I have proof of everything

I ordered 3 pair and only receive one pair. It was the wrong color and size. I requested a refund but I have yet to get a response. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, I suggest everyone here do the same.

Ordered from this site in November 2023. Still have not received product I order. Have contacted customer support since January with no resolution. Horrible experience. Requested full refund and have been told since November that they are shipping product in the next few days. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is definitely a scam!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if could.. I also ordered several items and only received 1 pair of extra small leggings. There wasn’t even a size on them. It wasn’t even what I had ordered. They will not refund my money and keep saying my other items were outta stock but will send out as soon as they restock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Great group of guys. Very cordial. Hard working, had their heads down from the time the arrived. Flexible with our crunch to get into our new building then coming back the next morning to complete the move.

Team was great. Made moving a fast and efficient effort. Thanks for the great work!

The Muuv team went above and beyond for my move. They actually arrived early, which I appreciated, and handled everything with such care and efficiency.
