I used MUTO for a period of approximately 6 months and found it to have a positively supportive impact on my energy levels and mental clarity.

I’ve taken 2 x muto pills over the last month and traditionally I would get sick and feel pretty tired during February, but these have given me a boost and kept me from getting ill! Which is always a challenge with 2 young children!

Have been taking for almost a month now and noticed a difference within a couple of weeks. I train frequently and have quite a full on life and am definitely feeling like I have more energy in the afternoons especially. Slight upward trend in HRV, but my other metrics are also improving. I also did the consultation with Dr Richie, he’s a really nice guy and clearly passionate about the product! He was able to recommend some other things for me to try to improve my goals

This stuff should be illegal it’s so good! HRV was 30 now an average of over 90. A monthly supplement you simply can’t miss out on.

Be cautious if you are taking this supplement with HRT. The product included phytoestrogens and polyphenols which can affect your estrogen levels. Great if you are not on HRT but if you are it can raise your estrogen levels. I have ended up with breakthrough bleeding not the desired outcome for taking a supplement I had hoped would raise HRV. HRV has been unaltered. It’s a a shame but one size does not fit all!

Super product! Already noticed a positive difference in my HRV through my OURA ring data. MUTO is the only change I have made in my routine, so super happy with it and look forward to continuing!

I am a 46 year old fit, healthy and active male. I train hard 4-5 times a week and generally race once a week in mini simulation hyrox sessions. I ramped up my training for a competition and gave it everything I had. The result on the board was amazing however I had emptied the tank!! My recovery was stuck, as in wouldn’t budge. I was in a shocking state and genuinely worried about my health. My HRV plummeted and wouldnt move. Below any score I’d ever had and this went on for months. Therefore I can comfortably train when I want most days without the fear of burnout. Recovery runs, days off etc have always been a part of my routine but I have genuinely regained the confidence in my ability to recover again. If anyone is stuck like I was please have the confidence to try this amazing product.if your in the red on your watch it’s a viscous circle worrying and feeling rubbish. Once it starts to get significantly better very quickly the vicious circle is reversed. I had a really valuable one-to-one Teams call this afternoon with Dr. Ritchie, and I just wanted to share how positive the experience was.

We discussed HRV in depth, the science behind the HRV Mutual capsules, and what to realistically expect over time. I’ve been using the product since 22nd December and, even within just over two weeks, I’m already seeing early upward movement in my HRV trends—which is encouraging in itself.

I’ve spent years tracking my recovery, HRV and overall balance, and Muto genuinely surprised me. An amazing product, even better customer service! Tried many NAD supplements lately whilst getting ok results at first they seemed to plateau. 30 days taking MUTO my recovery is still consistently green (whoop), I’m now starting to see an increase in HRV for my first time ever. I've only been taking Muto less than a month so I am not here to attest to the efficacy or otherwise of the product (as yet) however it does seem to be of a very high quality.
What i am here to say is that I have NEVER experience such a high level of customer service as with this company. When I reached out to them with some questions I received almost instant replies from the founder himself; Richie is very caring and knowledgeable and proud and trusting of the product he has created... and that has passed on to me! I'm definitely giving Muto the chance it deserves.

I bought this because of a slump in my HRV and within 1-2 weeks I saw a thirty percent increase. The ingredients are all dosed based on the science and all picked to impact your longevity and cardiovascular health. And socks!!
