The skirt is poorly made I ordered a large and its small. The advertised picture was really deceiving. I need a refund and no customer service

The skirt never came
The skirt never came. Three messages to customer service were ignored until I said I’d dispute the charge. Then I got a quick response saying it would ship that same day. It didn’t. A label was created but the shipper never got the item. A full two months after ordering I disputed the charge with my credit card to get my money back.

My refund was handled justly
My refund was handled justly, but not the initial transaction in which the product I received was NOT the same as the listed item. So I returned the item for refund. I appreciate the refund, but I had hopes that the product I ordered would be been pleasurable to have.

Very cheap and below standards maybe the price should be around £5.00 for the quality delivered. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Was wanting them for samples in my shop but no way was we going to sell this rubbish
