ich nutze es seit 2022 und es wird ständig verbessert. herausragend: der kompetente, freundliche und schnelle Support, die Help-Database, die vielen nützlichen Tipps, die Academy. und natürlich, dass es für Gema Mitglieder -zumindest im Moment noch- kostenlos ist. hoffentlich bleibt es das auch. Der eine Punktabzug ist für die Abrechnung, die sehr unübersichtlich und kaum filterbar ist. was aber bei den vielen verschiedenen Plattformen auch wohl nicht anders möglich ist. ich hätte hier viel lieber ein filterbares Excel Dokument/Quartal, in dem alles kulminiert drin steht. Music Hub? 😎

If just all companies were like this. I really need to calm down a bit, people might think my review has been paid by the compny (what is not the fact), because I am so, so stunned about the customer service. TBH I did not check prices and features of the general offer against other companies, because for me as a member of German GEMA I can use the basic version of Music Hub´s service for free anyways and at the beginning I wanted to have just tiny things done, so I said "So what, It´s free for me anyways, just go fir it". But Now I was blown away. Whenever I have an issue that needs to be solved, or just a question, I get answer real quick, by a real person, I get results real quick, I just am asking myself how can they even manage this... Nevertheless, I have no reason to check with another company. They might be just as good, I don´t know. But it is impossible to find a BETTER company. No way. Big thumbs up

Ich bin besonders begeistert davon, dass alle meine Fragen zeitnah, extrem freundlich und geduldig von einem echten Menschen beantwortet werden. Das ist für mich ein ganz wichtiges Kriterium, wenn es darum geht, mich mit meiner Arbeit gut aufgehoben zu fühlen.

+ Support antwortet höflich und ist lösungsorientiert. Macht einen soliden Eindruck.
+ Abrechnung erscheint sehr transparent.

Ich freue mich übrigends sehr, dass ich es bei euch mit Menschen zu tun habe und offensichtlich, zumindest bei der Kommunikation, keine KI im Spiel ist. Auch wie rasch man solch ein Problem angehen kann und die Lösung von eurer Seite her unkomplziert ist, ist bemerkenswert. Danke!

I‘ve been using MusicHub for over three years now and am totally happy with the service they provide and I see no reason to change and every reason to keep using them.

As a complete „newbie“ back then to the music business and the whole area of uploading and releasing music, the team at MusicHub made everything understandable and easy. They are hugely supportive and very responsive when queries arise.

While their offering has expanded since I’ve started working with them, they also reach out regularly to users to see what can be improved. I also feel I, as a musician and as a user, am taken seriously and am not just a number, which makes everything easier.

Ich habe bisher das Portal nur testweise genutzt & hatte einige Fragen. Aber Gil vom Service hat mir alles kompetent & sehr nett erklärt. Ich kann nur sagen Vielen Dank Gil

Ich finde die Plattform richtig gut. Bin erst seit ein paar Wochen dabei, aber immer alles klar und verständlich und ich habe immer schnellen Support bekommen.

doch die company existiert, ich frage mich nur wie, weil meine Bewertung jetzt die erste ist, aber wahrscheinlich hängen sie am Tropf der GEMA und haben es nicht nötig, so wie auch Ihr Service von Arroganz und mangelndem Service geprägt ist...ich würde sie nicht nutzen wenn sie nicht kostenlos wären weil ich GEMA-Mitglied bin; und meine Erfahrung geht bis auf November 2021 zurück, der Trustpilot Kalender macht da jedoch nicht mit, damals habe ich zum ersten Mal Songs hochgeladen
