Cannot be trusted to deliver medication on the day THEY said would be delivered, Considering i always have same meds every month there seems to be issues with stock....or rather they dont order enough in so you end up with items owing to you. if you dont phone day before stated delivery to check if prescription is done ect, you could very easily sit waiting by the door all day and it doesnt arrive! Always blaming gps or other, and if you complain, for a short while things improve than reverts back to their "normal" which is to leave one all weekend without certain meds, xmas and bank hollidays are the worst, they obviously do not order enough for extra demand! Uncaring, rude, a very stressfull experiance, i am so glad i no longer deal with them.

WORST company to work for they make you work your a** off and pay you pennies even QUALIFIED dispensers are on minimum wage. They don’t care about the staff and needs. It’s all about making money but not giving back what’s rightfully owed

One pharmacy site to serve all of the local people in Heysham, Middleton, Overton, Heaton and surrounding countryside is inadequate. The population of Heysham has grown rapidly in the past decade and (surprise, surprise) local services have not expanded to match.

There is literally only one pharmacy site to service the whole of Heysham (population 17k in 2011 census and increased significantly since then), not to mention surrounding villages including Middleton, Overton, Heaton With Oxcliffe and countryside.

The people of Heysham deserve efficient pharmacy services that deliver to their needs and the overwhelmed staff behind the counter at Cohens deserve some relief.

Cohens in Keswick. Same prescription every week; same problems every week. The staff do their best, and these are obviously difficult times, but there's clearly something wrong with the company as a whole.

Something seriously wrong with the repeat prescription system. Over past year. Items missing. Notified order rejected for it to be delivered 2days later. Notification by email and text to say latest order ready but no such order or record at the pharmacy. Staff talk to you like you are stupid.

How hard can it be...... apparently very :(

Cohen's Harrogate (King Edward's Drive). Lovely friendly staff. Very quick with my home deliveries. I am very pleased with them.

Called to collect a prescription only to be advised that it had already been collected.(I had not received any phone call to say that it was available for collection) Neither myself or any of my family had picked-up the items. The signature on the prescription form was not one that I recognised either. After nearly an hours wait I was given part of the order and had to return next day for the remainder. I am sure they did not believe me and I was made to feel like a fraud. Very poor service from Ireland Wood store. It is clear that my items were either given to someone else (including my personal details) or were in store at the time.

Disgraced at the staff attitude stunk yet I explained that due to the virus I'm not at home due to damp in my flat and if they can drop it off I'll get from my flat and yet they refuse yet I have mental health issues asthma PTSD and this is not fair I don't have anyone to collect my meds for me so they blamed me when one min they said they can post it when I'm not there then they say they can't do that but what am I to do without my meds an being self isolated due to the virus they wanted me to end up dead as the virus is airborne so is damp

Absolutely the most unpleasant and miserable staff every time I use this chemist, no manners just take the prescription from me and said take a seat I even said good morning and was ignored, one staff member in particular should not be working with the public.

I put in prescription yesterday for some items and was told they would ring me false promises No telephone call. I was told they would be in today. Now I am stuck over the chuffing weekend

Enquired as to availability of a vetinary prescription product which they advised they could provide as long as I submitted the original prescription, I enquired as to whether they could source the drug as there is currently nationwide problems getting it and I heard......nothing.........so why would I post a verified prescription if they have no intention of responding?!
