never received my items
I ordered twice and never received my items. I received a refund for the first order, but I haven't received a response for the second one. Don't provide a tracking number.

Super quick delivery, cheap prices
Super quick delivery - literally almost next day delivery and delivered by amazon so the delivery people don't dump packages anywhere they shouldn't. Products were perfectly packaged and the cheapest prices around, this company is honestly hard to beat. I will be shopping here again the moment i need anything black hair care related.

After emailing many times to sort out products that have not been delivered, they chose not to respond or acknowledge my emails in order to try and put things right … I had to contact my credit card supplier…
