Paul and Shane called to us before 7 am this morning .They were so friendly and they had chairs put together in no time .We are very pleased with the service we get from Murphy homes .

Sean and Alan from the home delivery team were very professional and on time. The lads very kindly unwrapped the item and carried it to the room I needed it in. 10/10

Furniture delivered on 29/7/26. Very professional service from Paul and Bernard. Arrived on time and got a call 5 minutes before they arrived.

I had a great experience with Murphy Homestore. The store offers a good selection of quality furniture and home products, with excellent customer service from start to finish. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
A special mention to Anush and Luciana, who were both incredibly kind and attentive. Anush was a genuinely nice guy who went above and beyond to help, while Luciana was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out.
I would highly recommend Murphy Homestore and look forward to shopping there again.

Norman came to fix the zip on my sofa and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, worked very quickly, and had everything sorted in no time. I really appreciated his prompt and efficient service.

Rory & Cezary have delivered furniture to my home today & on two other occasions.
They were both so polite and efficient they had the furniture assembled in no time, they took the packaging away and placed it exactly where I wanted it.
The furniture is high quality and looks beautiful.

We bought the Harrison Bed, the quality is amazing, very solid piece! The delivery was very quick , within a week of ordering. The delivery guys Paul and Bernard were very professional and had the bed together in no time. Overall very happy customer with furniture and service.

Very poor service

Myself and my partner went looking at a specific suite of furniture we had our eye on in Newbridge shop. The salesperson came to us and said in a very polite and no pushy way if we need anything at all to ask. This was 20 mins before closing time. We decided on the suite and called on her and she was extremely helpful and on top that her manager was also there and they both conversed with us with no sense if urgency. They even arranged delivery within 4 days of order of a bank holiday Saturday. Louise and Cliona couldn't have been any more helpful and informative of whatever we asked. Would highly recommend to deal with and we will without a doubt be back for more purchases.

Dermot is very helpful and professional, he assisted us to choose our mattress and bedframe with professional and advice. We bought 2 mattress and a bed gram from him. Highly recommended!

We bought recliner sofa from Murphy Home for the first time. In store we were dealing with Louise, she was brilliant help and nothing was problem. Reason for just 4 stars is we run to bit of troubles with delivery. When the original delivery happened only our daughter was at home, as we both work day shifts Mon-Friday, delivery was not successful as delivery guys couldn't fit sofa through front door(we have standard size door and sofa also standard size-nothing big), guys said the door has to come out, which they are not allowed(understandable), as speaking with them over phone, I asked if they could put it through window and instant reply without even trying/measuring was NO. So the solution was, that we agreed over phone, that it will be redelivered on Saturday(agreed with their supervisor), I'll be home and will take the doors of. When I got home that day and measured size of doors and window, I could clearly see, that it would fit through as 10cm wider(great-ready for Saturday), then on Friday afternoon I rang office to confirm Saturday delivery as I didn't receive the message and what a surprise when I was told that it was not booked for us(very disappointing when you spent over €3k on sofa), after long conversation over the phone and insisting that it has to happen that Saturday, otherwise I'll cancel the order we got delivery spot. On Saturday different delivery guys came in who were absolutely fantastic and sound, sofa was delivered into house in 5min through the window as I suggested in first place.

Paul and Bernard were very efficient and friendly.

Would highly recommend the lads. On time, very pleasant, was a tight squeeze to get the furniture in. No damage to door or wallpaper. Totally professional
