I placed an order well in advance of their advertised 4/20 deadline and was assured it would be delivered on time.

On March 15, a UPS tracking number was created — but after contacting UPS directly, I confirmed the package was never physically handed off to the carrier. It remained in “label created” status for weeks.

From March 23 onward, I was told almost daily that they were “looking into it” and that I would receive a clear answer by the end of the day. That never happened. Instead, I received repeated vague updates and shifting explanations.

At one point, I was told:
• The tracking number was valid and in transit
• Then told a replacement might be sent
• Then told the original shipment was still valid
• And finally, admitted the package was never actually shipped

This back-and-forth went on for weeks.

I also had ongoing issues getting access to my account, which were never resolved despite multiple requests.

Additionally, custom packaging that was promised alongside my order was not produced on time, with no clear communication.

I had to involve my bank and file a dispute to protect my business.

As a small business owner, this situation directly impacted my ability to fulfill customer orders and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

As of today I still haven’t recieved my trays OR custom packaging.

Recommendation:
Verify that your order has actually been handed off to a carrier — not just that a label was created. Do not rely on estimated delivery dates without confirmed scans.

I did not get my full order, the customer service department is very slow to respond and their phone number is 123-4567...

We have 4 locations and needed branded rolling trays that wouldn't look cheap. The print quality exceeded what I expected at this price point. Customer service was super responsive when I had questions about the artwork files.

We give away branded grinders with purchases over $100. MunchMakers made it affordable to do this promotion. The grinders feel premium - not like those cheap ones that fall apart. Customers always comment on the quality.

Packaging was solid, customer service kept me posted at every step, and product is spot on.

This company is extremely unprofessional making promises they do not keep. They are now unresponsive to my emails and refusing to refund me for a product that I was supposed to receive about 3 weeks ago. I have been told for 3 weeks that my order was going to be shipped and I would be given my tracking information, though I have not received anything. When I asked for a refund, being my purchase was supposed to be shipped by the 21st of November, and I paid for quicker shipping and still nothing, no product, no refund and now no response.

Decent overall, but the engraving depth was inconsistent. MunchMakers fixed half of it for free—props for that.

Zero complaints. Fit, finish, and speed—everything is on point.
