Reliable at good prices

got my parcel pretty quickly but with almost half of it on back order and 1 item missing, have emailed there customer services but nothing back. would be nice to stick a note in with the order explianing what happens with items that are on back order or missing??? will they be sent later?? will i get my money back??

Did not deliver
Ordered pickled items on 19-September, sent an email on 28-September. It is now 01-October and I have not heard anything nor received my parcel. Note that the shipping cost was £5.99
