Very poor and unprofessional experience. I booked nearly three weeks in advance and arranged my schedule around the appointment, only for it to be cancelled just two days before.

I understand emergencies can happen, but cancelling at such short notice and then offering dates weeks later is simply not acceptable. What made it worse was that they did not even have the decency to call and explain properly, instead just sending a simple WhatsApp message.

Had I known this was the level of professionalism, I honestly would not have bothered at all.

In a way, I’m glad I dodged a bullet. If a business cannot even keep a basic appointment commitment, it makes you question what level of care and effort would have gone into the actual service.

Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and a complete waste of time.

Used Mstyle now a couple of times. The last time I had a huge transformational job to my f33 435 bmw and although I had some doubts as I had seen online examples of the job I wanted them to do I trusted my gut feelings and went ahead. Boy , they have exceeded my expectations and beyond . These guys understand BMWs like bmw . They speak the same language . Attention to details . Well priced and above all Extremely friendly professional staff . I can’t wait to see them again for the ongoing project I have in mind for my car . Thanks once again . Anyone who expects love and care when getting work done on their car should stay away from this company.

I had ordered expensive body kit parts for my M car only for my bumper to be damaged and then they refused to take responsibility saying it was there before.

After providing picture they still didn’t take responsibility but gave me a partial refund? Make that make sense.

I spent a fortune thereafter to fix my car and never again would I visit this disingenuous company again.

Appalling Overcharge – Avoid if You're a Woman or Value Honest Service
I’m disgusted with the experience my daughter and I had with mStyle. We took her VW Golf in for a simple bumper paint job, and they quoted £250. That sounded high to begin with, but we trusted them to do a professional job.
What we got instead was a shockingly poor patch job; they only sprayed a corner of the bumper, and even that looked like it was done using a £10 aerosol can from a local car parts shop. Anyone with basic DIY knowledge could have done the same in under 30 minutes.
This was not a professional paint job by any standard – not in prep, execution, or finish. And yet they charged the full £250, taking advantage of the fact that my daughter and her friend, both young women, came to collect the car.
In my opinion, this garage targets vulnerable drivers, especially women, assuming they won’t question the work or know any better. It’s a disgraceful, dishonest way to run a business, and I would urge anyone, particularly female customers, to stay far away from mStyle.
There are plenty of honest, skilled garages out there. Sadly, mStyle is not one of them.

Ok, when you read reviews you always look at the bad ones first, which determines if your gonna use them....well that's what I do first anyways...after reading the bad reviews I was a hesitant but as it was cheaper than BMW for a gearbox service I booked it in, and also a recon propshaft...
I can honestly say FANTASTIC SERVICE!
While there, also had engine oil replaced with minimal charge...
Can't thank the mechanic enough who did the job, who I might add found loose bolts from previous work don by another garage on my suspension, they won't see me again that's for sure...

Cost wise, I think it was reasonable and worth every penny considering the amount of work carried out.

I've been a customer of M-Styles for 20 years, and I can't say enough good things about them. Paul, the owner, is fantastic. He always takes the time to explain things and makes sure any issues are resolved. The service is top-notch, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. They're reliable, trustworthy, and always go the extra mile. I'd recommend M-Styles to anyone looking for a garage. The service is excellent, and they always give the best advice. If anything goes wrong, they take care to fix the issue properly.
I would recommend this garage to anyone that hasn't used it. It's not just a garage, it's a place where you'll get honest and reliable service.

I was have some trouble with my G87 parts, luckily a chap called Ryan was on deck to lend his knowledge and expertise to resolve the issue swiftly. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been using Mstyle for quiet a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The team is great and super knowledgeable. Nothing is too much hassle and generally speaking they're able to get me anything I need for my car. 10/10.

They are competitive in price, and have never let me down, when they say the car will be ready, it always is.

Absolute con artist can always tell how good a business is when there is problems stay well away from spent an absolute fortune in here their response was they know they’re selling badly manufactured cheap Chinese crap

Had a full suspension refresh done on the E46 M3 with BC Racing coilovers and Powerflex bushes – car feels spot on now. Big thanks to MStyle and Finley for sorting it all out. Great service, quality parts, and prices were honestly amazing. Definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about doing the same!
