Avoid
I entered the device details correctly and even stated poor condition, got the price and sent off the item only for Tutez to point out 2 bumps and reduce the amount they were willing to pay. Gee stated it was poor but the device had no scratches and worked perfectly fine. There definition of poor condition is brand new.
Will not trust them again. Avoid

The main reason for the revised offer, was due to the failing battery, with 25% capacity left.
The device we received had scratches on the body, which we consider it as fair (originally described as good) cosmetic condition.

Easy and excellent service

Caution and Aware
I sold my iMac to MrTutez which was in excellent condition, I really look after my stuff, in original box with all the bits in tact. I was offered a top price on the MrTutez site.
After they received it they went over it with a with a magnifying glass to see how they could reduce the price to their satisfaction. A small scratch here, a bit there, any thing to save them money and reduce their costs.
My advice to all who would like to sell to them would be to take a video of your product before you sell to them. Mouse, Keyboard and Computer/iPhone/iPad ect from every angle for your own record and let them know that you have such.

You simply supply the details of what you have to sell, complete the questionnaire.
You post off, postage paid.
Two days later an email to confirm assessment of your item and their final offer.
You have the choice to take them back or accept the offer.
My money was in my bank the next day.
WOW it doesn’t get better than this !!!
