After that, every withdrawal I attempted ran into “issues,” despite using the exact same details each time. Everything was correct, yet there was always a problem with no clear explanation. Requests to close my account were also ignored. My account was also fully verified. Save your money and just don't bother.

So six months later after requesting a withdrawal in 2025 I still have not received it. They tell you that it will take 21 business days but that will well expire. Then They will tell you that they will send a reminder to the financial department to speed the process up and these checks are to keep us safe and to keep you safe LOL if you do get through to a human now they have no shame of just cutting you off I’ve been a gambler for many years and this is by far the worst casino that I ever ever come across you’ll not receive your money RTP seems fair and you’ll be “winning” but trust me, you will not receive a penny. Keep away from this casino run a mile and don’t look back. it is a scam.

If I could give this site minus stars I would, a complete and utter scam site, also linked to Goldengenie1.com - fake licence number based in the Netherlands Antilles.

I began using this site and wagered £100, became verified and continued playing, eventually “winning” £2500. I realised that they had actually taken numerous transactions from my various banks without my authority. I attempted to withdraw and after 24-48 hours, I was told that it was actually up to 21 days I had to wait. 21 days went by, then it was 21 business days. This was all told to me by the robot AI customer service they offer. 22 “business” days later, the withdrawal was cancelled, I complained to the bots and was eventually put through to a human who blocked me on the site and said it was still within the timeframe. I’ve emailed 300 times and not had one response, they cut me off on the chat and say my withdrawal is still going through security to keep ME safe 🤣

I’ve been waiting for this withdrawal since January and will never see a penny of it, I suggest you do chargebacks through your bank and explain you’ve been scammed.

Absolute scumbags and should be shut down, they’ll get found in the end but I’m sure by then even more people will have been had off by them.

I don't know on what basis they operate or what standard they expect from their staff but it sets a pretty low bar.

Complete scam, followed every term and condition, requested withdrawal and for 5 weeks they kept saying it was taking so long as part of their security protocols that were for my "safety" then they just gave up replying..

This site should have 0 stars. Utterly awful. Lack of support on chat, stupidly high play through terms and funnily enough you win loads when playing with bonus but can’t actually withdraw anything.

No deposit limit facility or ability to set any restrictions.

I received an email offer for 130 free spins with no deposit and was not able to collect. I went to live chat assistance and they said I was speaking to a human but I have doubts about that. They were friendly and helpful at first but the chat dropped me 5x and the 5th chat they said basically we didn't send that email so you don't get the free bonus.. I said that the link brings me to their site so why would I believe it wasn't your offer, then they blo ked me. I am now unable to sign on to the support chat at all .I feel like this was click bait. If I get an offer for a free bonus from a casino and when I get to the site there is no way to get that bonus I definitely will never sign up or deposit my money there. Im glad I never deposited anything and I never will. I feel like I've been scammed. Crappiest casino I've seen online lately.

Mi experiencia con este casino ha sido muy mala. Los retiros tardan muchísimo más de lo que anuncian y el proceso es lento y poco claro. Después de solicitar la retirada del dinero, pasan días y semanas sin respuestas concretas.

Lo más grave en mi caso es que soy ludópata con informe médico y solicité el bloqueo de mi cuenta por protección personal. Envié más de 20 correos pidiendo el cierre y la autoexclusión, y aun así no me bloquearon la cuenta en un plazo razonable. Me parece muy poco responsable por parte de un casino no actuar rápido ante una solicitud de este tipo.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto si valoras la seguridad del usuario y la rapidez en los pagos.

On this weeks episode we’re now onto business day 25 and still nothing. Being told staff shortages are meaning 25 business days arent enough to do a withdrawal. Went to search resolver to formally escalate things and keep myself right snd the company isnt registered…strange that. Honestly mind blowing they’re allowed to operate. Considering small claims court just to mae sure they get punished

7-21 business days passed again and been told it will take longer for a withdrawal originally from november so now breaching there own terms and conditions. Have passed this on to gambling ombudsman and commission

Fake website. I've been asking them to close my account for a long time, but it took so long and I lost a lot of money. I'm still considering it Get a lawyer and sue all the casinos that robbed me.
