This is a great product straight in the morning. It is great at suppressing your appetite, in turn you’re able to keep in a calorie deficit. No real weight loss if you’re just taking it. You need to do some form of exercise to help you lose weight. Three weeks in and it’s an ok product.
Absolutely amazing product. Gives me the lift up in the mornings I need to get through my day.
