I love receiving the monthly boxes
I love receiving the monthly boxes. I have been using them to teach my girls how to sew and even learn new techniques myself. If I have had any problems with a box missing or items, the team at Mrs. Quilty have been great in fixing anything that has come up. They are very quick at responding to my texts or emails.

Just ordered my 1st box and got pdf free downloads. Had problems when I could not get more than 1 item to print and the gals were very promt and sent a link right away. Think I'm going to love working with them- can't wait for my 1st box!

Fast response on help needed
Brand new quilter here. I ordered my first box and dove right in! Materials are well high quality and direction booklet with video tutorials available using a QR code makes it so so easy. I got hung up on one slot of the directions so thought I’d try to email my question to the customer service person-a response in 24 hours would have been great but I received an answer within an hour on a Sunday evening! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Thank Mrs Quilty-you’re never gonna get rid of me!

Amazing hobby subscription!!
These boxes are great. They have taught me how to quilt, and are exciting every time. The fabrics are always very nice, and the wide variety of projects keeps the creativity flowing. Customer service is also amazing, very quick to respond. Only issue I had was I could not find my free patterns in my email, customer service sent them instantly. Thank you for providing this service :)

Great experience
Great experience with Mrs. Quilty. I joined first subscription and received one box. Unfortunately I need to have surgery and will be unable to sew for up to about six months. Their customer service department is excellent and suggested that I could either skip my deliveries or cancel my subscription and renew at a later time, which is what I’ve chosen to do. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the understanding and the wonderful service.

Excellent experience
This is my first experience using the Mrs Quilty sub box and I have to say I'm impressed. The quality of the quilt fabric is excellent and the customer service is 100% very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Mrs Quilty to all my friends and already have told a few.

Fantastic customer service in helping to resolve an issue from my end with a mix up in email addresses. The team was friendly and u stands g even though I was a little snippy with frustration. The box contents are of high quality and enjoyable to receive. Just can’t keep up with the pace of the boxes. I was offered alternatives!!

Mrs Quilty Motivates
Mrs. Quilty is motivating me to challenge myself and I am learning so much. I'm very excited to see new projects take shape and imagine how I can add my own touches. Having a computer and printer are not required but do enable me to enjoy all the extra patterns and tutorials that are available. I love to work on the projects along with the tutorials as I'm a beginner in the quilting world!
