Kelvin was extremely helpful. Able to alleviate anxiety over the most silliest questions. Great customer service. Mrs. Quilty is a wonderful company and would definitely recommend. I love my monthly subscription boxes and patterns.

Mrs. Quilty is an excellent company to work with. Their service department is fast to respond and very helpful. I was missing a fat quarter piece of fabric from my last box. I notified them and within a few hours I had a replacement on the way and a return email thanking me for letting them know. Wonderful company!!

Great for quilty newbies
Mrs. Quilty keeps you informed with shipping updates. The box is like a gift at Christmas, you can hardly wait on the next box. I have only been quilting for about a year. The book of instructions are awesome, easy to follow and helpful in many ways. It shows you a variety of options and shares many quilting tips.
The fabric patterns and colors are great.
I would recommend all quilters, especially new ones, to join with Mrs. Quilty.

I had ordered an online PDF pattern and I did not receive the file. I did not have an online account with them. That’s ok, because I emailed support and heard back right away. Once I gave her my order number she emailed the file to me. Very quick excellent support!

My possible mistake
Sent an email about, what I thought was a problem. Immediate response from Yuma checking into my problem. I thought I had canceled my monthly subscription box by mistake, but she checked and assured me I had not. Her response and addressing my concerns were immediate. She’s awesome.

I inquired about patterns
I inquired about patterns that I thought they were coming in my prescription box , but I got a response back within a few minutes that they were actually patterns to download, this was very helpful and they responded that I can reach out anytime I have a question about anything. This means a lot as a customer, I love this product it has beautiful fabric and instructions that are easy to follow. And the extra trinkets inside are a delight. Thank you again sincerely Charlotte

Excellent customer service…
I somehow deleted a file that Mrs Quilty had sent to me. It contained all of the files I needed for my subscription box. I really don't know what happened to the file. I checked my trash, spam archive etc. They were so quick with a response and immediately fixed the problem. I am a new member and I am so impressed with their customer service!
