I couldn't be more impressed with the deep cleaning results! From the initial call to the moment I booked the appointment the communication was smooth and professional and detailed. Jayne was so responsive and moved quickly to slot us in on our preferred day even though it was really short notice to accommodate our furniture deliveries. The cleaning team arrived on time, friendly and ready to get to work. When they finished the entire home was spotless. I tried to ask what sort of dollars were involved but was told they wouldn’t say because I’d you hold them to hold them to it. They would only come view the property and quote. So basically I need to spend my time and energy having somebody come out to quote and only then to find out that that’s an outrageous amount of money because they don’t want to discuss anything at all over the phone around an approximate idea so I can budget. I have no idea if the cost is gonna be prohibited or in line with what others offer hence the reason why I ring around to try to see what the market is offering. More than happy to go elsewhere but what a shit business model that is.

Anyone with expensive property always ask for an idea of cost before anyone comes to the house because once they see the house the price just escalates.

Imagine that I was able to find a business that could tell me what an approximate cost for a three bedroom house. Was that allowed me to then use that to work out what sort of dollars I was up for? I saw the other reviews on Google you’ve got other people telling you how rude and difficult you were to deal with and that’s exactly my experience. I’ll be heading over to Google Next.

By the way average costs for a standard three bedroom 700 -900 provided by genie cleaner and inner Melbourne maids. There are companies out there that will work with you to provide information you can use to plan. PLAN

We needed Jayne and her team for a forensic clean. Jayne is a true professional, approachable and friendly. Ours was a tough situation and Jayne and her team excelled and we are really pleased with the result. We cannot recommend her enough!

What can I say other than this: I’ve followed the Mrs Muscle Cleaning page for ages, always knowing that one day I might need their services. That day finally came when I moved into a so-called 'cleaned' apartment in the city, which turned out to be an absolute disaster. I called Mrs Muscle Cleaning for a deep clean, and the situation was nothing short of disgusting.

Jayne and her team came in and worked their magic, paying attention to every single detail—right down to the door handles, the balcony, and even the insides of the cupboards. Looking for the right people and the best in the business, can be overwhelming, challenging and scary for many reasons. The positive reviews about Mrs Muscle helped, and was hired to perform a vacate clean. The booking was easy and quick, and the team was punctual and friendly.
As a cleaner myself in my past life, I had expectations, for hubby! his moneys worth!! So when all was done, I did two checks on the property, one by myself and one with hubby.
