From ordering to receiving, all is great! The spices are amazing and my friends ask every week if I'm making curry!! It's such a good, authentic company!

No matter which product I have used and which recipe I have followed the results are the same - BRILLIANT

I live in a very rural area and I have to buy most of my spices online. This can be a very risky business and I have had some dreadful experiences with stale, tasteless and very expensive purchases.
My son recommended Mrs Balbir Singh (I have had her book for many years) and all my problems are solved.
All the blends are excellent, fresh and full of flavour. There are also recipe cards for each blend which produce delicious, fool proof results. But that does not mean to say you can-t experiment, if you want.

Absolutely first class service and the quality and tast of the spices are unbelievable.

I ordered the nine pack Curry Connoisseur Collection which arrived very quickly. I have made one curry so far, the Butter Chicken. Following the recipe card, I managed to make the most fragrant, flavourful curry ever. I can't wait to make some of the other curries in the collection. Definitely FIVE STARS!

The most authentic “homestyle” spice mixes available. I’ve used all of the mixes, rubs & the biriani kit. I’m a repeat buyer for the last 3 years & have gifted them to my children as well.
The information sent with the mixes explains that the mixes are medium & users can adapt them to their personal tastes.
I’m surprised at the negative reviews on Trustpilot, maybe people didn’t read the extra information.

My ‘go-to’ spices if I have guests. The recipes are faultless, the resulting dishes divine. Can’t praise this little company highly enough. I’ve now started giving the sets as gifts. Instant converts every time.

I have been buying spice blends from Mrs Balbir Singh for many years now and I never change the recipes on the cards, there’s no need. They are the best spice blends around, perfectly balanced and tasty. If you are a curry fan there is no need to have a larder full of different spices that go by the use by date before you can finish them. I have many favourites, butter chicken, coconut chicken, rogan josh & Goan vindaloo to name but a few. The spice rubs, Masala lamb chops, tandoori chicken in particular are amazing. The Biryani spice blend is out of this world, I usually save that for special birthday meals.

Since discovering these spices and recipe cards my cooking of the curries has made a massive difference, if you contact them they have always been very helpful, so thanks to mrs balbir singh

We love the MUGHLAI KEEMA
MASALA. It is amazing for making a lamb mince keema. So simple just make a bolognaise style base, and add the lamb mince cooked with the spice, garlic and onions. Super tasty.

Absolutely shocked to see the negativity around these spices. They're vegan with no additives and if you follow the easy instructions, you'll get a stunning, authentic curry. The guy who says the ingredients list is at the bottom of the jar has commented on the wrong thing. Ingredients and method are on a recipe card and the spice is in a tin. I won't use anything else.

Have been using these spices for over 2 years with very good results, the service is excellent, I had a problem with an order incorrectly sent it was immediately rectified and with anything involving spices you adjust according to your taste.

Love the recipes and have found team really helpful when ever I have required assistance.

Terrible just a big con , you can’t cook a curry that quick anyway .
Tasted nothing like a vindaloo , rescued mine with adding other things and cooking for a couple hrs

2 stars as the instructions tell you how to cook a curry and the ingredients are at the bottom of each jar (regardless of they say locally sourced)
Over priced aswell for just spices and you need to buy the ingredients
If anyone buys this then just keep the recipe leaflet and cook yourself honestly I can't believe how much I paid for what I got and then had to buy everything else myself
You could use other food companies and probably get all the ingredients for the 4 pack of spices I bought

To put it bluntly very disappointed, money wasted in the bin.

Just made the butter chicken recipe.
Following suggestions from others I reduced the spices by 25%.
It was still quite spicy but absolutely delicious.
